Of course, a lot of us imagine not only extra large breasts, but gigantic ones!  Admittedly, really enormous breasts would be too heavy to even stand up, let alone walk around - but... what if there were a breast filler that was only 20 percent the weight of silicone? A 200 pound breast would only weigh 40 pounds, which is still 80 pounds of bosom to carry around, but managable?  Then women who enjoy amazingly large breasts could get what they only had wished for before.  Here is a possible future for women using the lighter filler, "Big Breast Bech" by gocuzero.

Lastly for today on the subject of "breasts with lighter fillers", I could see there being a tremendous interest with women who are petite and flat-chested to venture into the realm of extra large breasts without worrying about the weight of them.  Here, a super slender SUB model by Shadow23d would have breasts that would normally weigh about 45 pounds total, but with the lighter filler, only 9 pounds total and since they are made with a lighter filler, they would probably be pert and bouncier and not as susceptible to drooping over time.  For the weight of J-cup breasts, they could have a 70 inch bosom..!
