^I believe she may have even cited that picture in the past as her dream boobs, however, Ms Muse would likely not be satisfied to stop there for long.
When you have huge implants, lying in bed does not avail you to the same positions equally sized squishy natural breasts would. With either, lying prone is not an option, however, natural breasts being malleable, make any other position desirable. Not so with huge implants that are firm; you try to turn to one side and your sideboob prevents turning further, resulting with the weight of one breast partially on the mattress, the other resting on your chest as that breast extends upward. Of course, the more sideboob, the more pronounced the problem as you can turn less, however, it is only a problem if the weight seems too much. For such a girl, pillows may provide relief; elevating the torso from the mattress provides increased room for that sideboob to fall and taken to a degree, will even allow your huge breasts to be stacked one on the other to some extent, alleviating most of the weight while creating essentially a boobie stack that exceeds the height of your body. Clearly, you take up more room on the bed, but I doubt your husband minds one bit. Letting those huge breasts hang partially off the sofa will achieve essentially the same side lying position, just be careful; too much and your boob weight may pull you right off and onto the floor.
