Well, in my story, “Revenge”, which I’m currently writing, the heroine has expanders that are basically spheres that are 14” in diameter with nearly 24,000ccs of saline .  Based on water weight, I calculated that her breasts weighed 52 pounds, a piece.  The girl in the picture looks to have breasts far far in access of that.  I wouldn’t be surprised that each breast weighs 300 pounds, a piece, or more!
