She is posing at the intersection of Hacienda and Las Vegas Boulevard, aka, The Strip.

Now imagining that she had boobs that big, there is so much she could no longer do, from driving a car to housework to dressing herself; obviously, she cannot perform a job as even a grocery checkout clerk needs to be able to reach things at waist level in front of them.  She would walk rather slowly to maintain her balance and probably need to sit and rest her boobs on her thighs frequently.  Wherever you go, people would be staring, nasty girls making remarks.  Yet, she couldn't help it, her boobie greed made her this way and now she loves her huge boobs, so the question is, do you propose or walk away?

Yeah, and while I don't know the back story, it is still hard to imagine that.  I think maybe she developed a thin skin so to speak regarding criticism and judged too quickly, mistaking the intention of a remark.

She got her "silly string" implants in 1999 along with Minka and Kayla Kleevege from Doctor Gerald Johnson from Houston, Texas. It was all initiated by Kayla Kleevege in which those days, she was a better known porn/adult actress than Minka and Chelsea. The way things worked out, both Chelsea and Minka had less difficulty with what was considered an experimental procedure than Kayla and they both ended bigger than Kayla, especially Chelsea.
