Prior to Foxy, I'm not sure if any of the girls made claims on volumes other than Beshine's 10k; claims were always being made about them by others.  While I do appreciate Foxy being transparent, her size reveals are kind of what I would expect (bought one myself), but in my humble opinion, they can shine a light, but not enlighten to the size of others as the breast shapes between Foxy, Chelsea, & Beshine are quite different.  I look forward to seeing if Foxy evolves from the traditional sphere like implant boob in the future when she has bigger implants to the more Beshine dome appearance; there is nothing wrong with either, I'm just curious as to if the weight of higher volumes stretches the implant shell differently from low volumes.

You must have missed Chelsea's 10k video in 2005 and her yearly expo updates. It actually was something she, Keisha and Beshine all did from the start. I am not sure who was the first, but it has been a thing for the group of biggest models for quite some time. Beshine is  the first model I can remember to measure herself, but she stopped doing that at 8k. I'm glad Foxy has continued doing so untill now. It really adds another layer to her claim and leaves no doubt that she is giving out accurate numbers

Well, if it was 2005, that is before Beshine even had her 1000cc expanders.  If I recall right, Chelsea got her strings around 2001, so I would find 10k within 4 years dubious, but I kind of remember claims past that by 10 years.  Lets face it, there were a lot of false claims based on particular photos at a particular angles.  Today, if you go back and examine live performance photos, nothing looks to be exceeding 10k by far, and it is important to consider that the custom clothing was designed to emphasize size. 

To me, the most important factor in the debate isn't size, but desire; Chelsea got 2500cc implants and her breasts expanded unexpectedly and not desired; Foxy & Beshine got expanders and they have intentionally made their breasts huge because that is what they desire.  Boobie oops versus boobie greed.

Because the so called silly string was designed to continuously grow. But the rate of growing and that it could happen that the growing wasn't even in a round shape made it difficult.
And she has to had regular drains to not grow too fast. Maybe being Part of such an experiment let her have a small but regular extra income.
And after the study was closed or the doc past away she was left alone.
I mean she had a reduction but still has huge ones. Only my 2cent.

I think the string implants were more intended as a substitute to all the silicone hysteria at that time; the slow, inconsistent, and often erratic growth just wanted or unwanted side effects.  Didn't Dr Johnson do like 1800 or so string implants over like 4 years before they were banned?  I think may were removed because of further expansion reasons.  He practiced for many years afterward, some like Lacey Wildd still seeing him a decade later if I remember right.

I was just reading about CC yesterday.  I had seen the post implants pictures which led me to believe she maintained smaller, but sizable implants, however, a couple people with purported inside knowledge said that is not true.  The pictures reflect the substantial wadded up stretched skin that existed post surgical.  As with any skin reduction weight loss case, it is normal for a year to pass to allow for new vascularization before the excess is removed.  Their word was that Chelsea had no inclination for implants again.
