I really wonder why most of you only think the availability of a new set of custom expander implants is the problem. Sure I could be a problem, but also keep in mind there also must be a surgeon to put those in.

I really don’t think the surgeons are standing in line to perform that surgery even when offered huge amounts of money. I definitely would not advise her to do the surgery in the USA, there are many complications lately on a couple of expander girls which have undergo surgery in the USA.

It’s safe to say not a single surgeon in the world has replaced an implant on the volume Foxy has “currently” achieved. I clearly can imagine her current PC will have doubts to perform an surgery like that. He has a very good and reliable name to hold up high.

It’s always almost the same, when something goes wrong in of after surgery it’s always the surgeon to blame.

Foxy posted a new OF PPV boobie greed video where she talked about how badly she wants to fill. The description said she "found a way to do it". In the video though, she just talks about how maybe she can fit another fill or two into her existing shells.

It might have just been fetish talk, but I hope she doesn't try to do anything unsafe. She's gotten to the size she is by being careful, and we've seen a lot of women overdo it and lose their implants that way, or get hurt.

I know it's driving her really crazy that she can't fill, and can't get new, bigger shells yet. I wish she could just fill and fill to her heart's content, but I hope she doesn't take unnecessary risks!

She's as careful as it gets so it's probably fetish talk as she's said more than once that her current implants are actually over the max they can get. As super hot as it would be for her to try and force more in, she'd definitely be at risk of actually bursting her implants.

That is the way I feel, already in a precarious spot, there is no sense in pushing her luck.  I have not seen the video, but cannot imagine a reasonable way of further expansion where the risks don't outweigh the achievement.  We talked about this well over a year ago at the height of the expander shortage and she said she was having a problem finding a surgeon willing to do the surgeries she wanted (bigger expanders, lift, internal bra, nipple placement) secondary to current volume weight.  I have posted this information here before, but her recent video synopsis regarding figuring out a way made me wonder.  I really did not take the conversation further down the road than where she left off with the current volume weight after she seemed to indicate that her surgeon may have suggested reducing volume post surgical for a period of time, something else I have mentioned before.

I cannot help but think of Brittany as an example of what could go wrong with the implications of unsupported weight on a recent incision.  I have the impression that Foxy was doing her homework and preplanning this well, but she really doesn't want to take the step backward to afford going forward, and I really have no idea what breast weight her surgeon would be comfortable with immediately post surgical.  We do have Allegra and Lacey Wildd as examples that, supported internally, 5k and even a bit more does not create a problem.

While I applaud Foxy for apparently planning and wanting to do the right things, as I have said before, sometimes we need to take a step backward to proceed down the right path.  Reducing the weight is likely necessary for the surgical mesh to grow and become the strengthening underlayer it is intended.  I would suspect that 90 days down the road, she could start filling again.  Too much weight too soon and you have a Brittany, a dehiscence that requires a drastic alteration.

When making comparisons as this, it really is remarkable how skin can stretch to such an extent and look so beautiful round and smooth.  Now, if only Foxy (and others) could find that company willing to make not 2k expanders that can hold 10k, but actual 15k or 20k expanders.

Well, as optimistic as that may be, there are practical limits and even to make the boobs to 20k, should be started at an earlier age, when the body can produce the cellular growth necessary.  But we can make the case that some company out there has made such huge shells; at 10k, Beshine's boobs were anything but round, indicative of partial filling, and had never taken on a rounder shape until the recent years.  It is all much like I have been saying; plan ahead, because once you hit a certain size, additional surgeries may not be a viable option.  It is part of the boobie greed / expander conundrum; until you have expanders, how would you know you have boobie greed, the irresistible urge to keep making your boobs bigger?  And once the realization becomes apparent, are your boobs already too big for surgery?  Or do you have the resources to bribe a company to make the size you ultimately wish to become? 
So, the solution is to start in your 20s, accept you have boobie greed early, and be wealthy enough that you can pay for huge custom expanders designed to last a lifetime.

I have always imagined that to be around 50k, which is a 18" sphere, so slightly smaller, maybe 17.25" or something in diameter.  Obviously, the weight would be prohibitive unless there was a lighter filler, but the thing that we have to consider is, even if she expanded 2k every year, that is a lifetime.

I always hate thinking that there is some 'biggest boobs' trophy; there is no real contest.  I like to think of it as expand to the size you can purely love being, where you love the way your boobs effect your daily life, not tolerate the inconveniences.

If Foxy does acquire the huge expanders of her dreams, say 20k designed volume, tomorrow, they would take years to fill to capacity.  I have to wonder exactly how much easier carrying them would be if they were high on the chest, like Brandi's, where posture can offset effort measurably.  My bet is that she would find 15k easier than her current 10k.

Miggie, while I would not doubt Foxy remains enthralled with expanding boobs, I think the rhetoric in the videos is expressly meant for the audience.  It is quite apparent that when she had her surgery, having huge boobs were not on her mind, but she became infatuated with how they looked and made her feel as she made them bigger.  The story behind realizing that you actually have boobie greed is always interesting; some profess to having it, yet if you stop at a lower volume, it was all just talk; boobie greed pushes you to your limits.
