She has been.  I thought she had worked through the list; finding a surgeon, bigger expanders, internal bra, lift, areola repositioning two years ago.  Though I have always contended that she will likely need to take a step back before going forward, it's been a long time without movement.  I absolutely do think that she is serious about wanting all these things, but I don't understand her lack of movement unless she didn't find the implants.
