Looking at this collage, the following question came to mind... yes, you can see the filling ports, very mind-blowing, but... what about the internal bra? I don't see that thread that supposedly goes through her right breast and is supposedly the cause of that small ripple, we should see something, right? Strange, very strange; where could that internal bra be that they say she has?

The thread on her right breast you mentioned can be seen from some different perspectives.
Search the web for 'beshine boob o lantern' or 'beshine glow' and you will find the pictures of her with the special area on her right breast.
I don't go to post such pictures her, cause this is Foxys thread and I won't bomb it with pictures of other models.

Everyone is free to believe what they want, but for me I believe in Physics and the laws of nature and Newton.
So every mass has a force that pulling downward to the center of our planet and the bigger the mass, the bigger the force. Even if someone has really good genes and a very good skin, it will stretch over the time and I don't think that beshine might always wear a bra and even so it would only slow the process of sagging. There are so many models with even smaller implants that got some really visible sagging over a time span of maybe 10 years or more (really bad examples in my opinion are Claudia Marie and Kayla Kleevage, but also on Busty Dusty or PBD were slightly sagging visible even if they are way smaller than beshine).
Going back when beshine had those photo shootings with Score her breast had much less volume than nowadays but also a completely different shape as they were more flattened hanging down her chest but today those standing out with huge projection.
Call it wonder of nature or an engineering masterpiece, in my opinion she is by far one of the world wonders with the right conditions in biology and the support of beauty industrie and beshine alone does knew the truth behind her long time success.
For me it is not so important how she comes so far, but more that she enjoys her way and like to share this with us and this is what every one should do.

Surely she was rather large for a late 90s implant girl? Perhaps you are correct about the expander thing, but I always assumed the thing visible on top left of her breast in this x-ray image was a valve/port presumably used to fill the implant.

I think I may have explained myself badly (difficult when you don't speak English) or it was not understood well.
My reference to these big-titted models was to explain that without wearing an internal bra, there was no sagging or falling of the breasts; and this was perhaps due to a series of circumstances that I don't know about; in other girls YES and in other girls NO.
In the girls I mentioned, this did not happen and that does not prove that they were wearing an internal bra (it simply did not exist)
My question is, if I see the ports of Indo, why do I not see any trace of an internal bra when I put the flashlight in? That famous thread and that famous hammock that holds the implant?

There are a lot of factors that can minimize or fasten the effect of sagging.
Some huge influence might have the health conditions and if they take care about their skin (e.g. alcohol, drugs or to much sugar can cause huge damage),
but also what I mentioned is time and for sure the placement and what I think is the steady expansion, so when leaving one implant size enough time, it will get some sagging as the skin slowly stretches, but when adding new cc to expand them, the skin also becomes round again.
Cause this is one effect that is used by models who choose to get expanders (the steady and slowly growing of skin tissue).
So a lot of the super models were so long active to have their huge implants till today and from which of them who are still having their implants do we know that they don't have some kind of internal support later added? Cause I think in the 90s when the models went bigger then 3000cc, internal bras were not a common thing.

A rather strange comment for a person who said further down in another post that he believes in physics, the laws of nature and Newton; Believing that adding more saline solution (more weight) will lengthen/prolong the breast from sagging... goes against those beliefs. The more weight the effect gravity will have downward,
you look at it how you want.

And I'm still waiting for the answer, if I see the filling ports in the photos and videos of "Boob o Lantern" why don't I see or a hint of that string that is attached to the ribs and the hammock under the breast if she supposedly wears it?

I am not saying that adding more cc to the expander will raise them upward, this would indeed be against the laws of nature. But the extra cc will fill up the skin that was created when gravity pulls on the implant.
And the more cc were added the more we see this effect.
Like we saw it on Chelsea Charms who has startet with some round boobs (I loved her in her Changing Chelsea video) and end up with some huge orbs down her hips, but instead of flat bags there were more like blown up balloons.

So as I mentioned before, this is no religion nor do I work as a surgeon.
So this is all my guess and anybody is free to believe what they want.
