There is something almost unnatural about her implants, the way they pull her skin forward over the implants, involve so much of the sternum, and yet basically remain anterior, not wrapping around her sides. The encroachment on the sternum and the way the base seemingly extends to a level equal to the top of the armpit, would suggest to me the base of large expanders, yet that sideview is already round, what we would expect when it has reached the designed volume. And yet, in some of the previous pictures, there is a undeniable flexibility that would suggest under-inflated. Don't get me wrong, whatever she has done has made her fake boobs very attractive; I love when they are so high that they essentially invade the armpit and if my feelings are right and she still has some distance to get just to get to the intended volume, they are just going to become more and more intrusive on the arms.
Another thing about her is her areola/nipples facing forward. Ok, 3400cc is not huge, but very nice, so I have to wonder if there is a certain art to implant placement that anticipates the end size. We see the areola rotate toward the sides as the breasts go past a certain point on most, but not on Beshine. However, if you view her breasts from overhead, it certainly seems the implants were actually inserted somewhat laterally to the areola, because that is certainly what it look like today. If the nipples were right in front of the largest part of her arc, they would be on like a 45° angle, not facing forward. Perhaps that excessive amount of space between her boobs 12 years ago made expanding without turning sideward possible. Busty here is still facing pretty much forward, however, just looking at the one naked photo and imagine her expanding to Foxy's size, I don't see any possibility other than those areola drifting to the sides with every fill-up as there is no space for expansion between them.
