I gather her name is Kristina " Mandarina " and she is probably Polish since the signs use the roman alphabet, not the Russian script. ???

Ran the title of the first video ("POSJETILI SMO KRISTINU - SIMPATIČNU PRODAVAČICU MANDARINA") through Google Translate which said "Croatian detected" and translated it to "WE VISITED CHRISTINE - A LOVELY TANGERINE SELLER".
