Update on Cleavage Manor:

No, we can't have a medical center. Zoning regulations won't allow it; I checked. Not worth bribing my way around it, either.

The good news is that the gym fits right in with the Roman-style bath. It's not Caracalla by a long shot, but we've got the palaestra, tepidarium, caldarium, and frigidarium. Got lucky with the lay of the land, there.

I don't have a contract with Ked's...at least I don't think I do...

As far as the zoning goes...I'm a licensed contractor(another one of my nifty little talents) who has some powerful friends in certain offices...ahem...(isn't that right Senator)...that could make those zoning problems go away.
