I might actually dull it down to a 540 so that they overfill it (to reduce rippling) and it becomes a 570.

I know it isn't that much of a difference, but I think it'd be a bit more of a blush factor when I break it to my mom that my tits are gonna be bigger... (imagine me saying 600cc.... oi oioi, LoL)

Besides, I'd be able to do more of the things I want with a lesser cc count (don't get on my case about the "if you want to do it, you can do it with mind-power" bit, LoL. Fetish modeling, mountain climbing, and being a mom of 2 are all I've really dreamed of for a while!... aside from fashion design, but that won't be hindered by gargantuous breasts!)

I'll catcha on the flip side, home fry~ LOL

It's all good.

BTW -- I was just revisiting that original Mrs Hein thread and I gotta say that's quite a head of hair you've got there. Have you given thought to whether or not you'll bob those long tresses when it comes time to, uh, not hide your new boobs?

We're always thinking ahead here at the BEA.... now, go and have a nice weekend, and don't you worry about how you're gonna wear your hair.

Have you decided about the hair yet????? Huh??
Just checking.

Also -- keep in mind, the thing to do when it comes time to tell your mother how many cc's you're going for, is to figure out how many cc's will be acceptable to her brain, and tell her that's what you're getting. Then go get what you want, whether that's 500, 540, 600 or ??? In the final analysis, she'll just know they're bigger and won't be testing or questioning a 100cc's here or there.

3000cc?!?   That's bit a jump in rounding.

Shhh. I don't think she noticed.

So Mrs, have you decided Silicone or Saline?

Also, you might not be able to get 575 right off the bat. It depends on on how tight your skin is.  This is something the other girls on the board have more experence with. Keisha was an extreme example, she had lost a lot of weight so her breasts were very loose and floppy. They were loose enough to accept the largest implants commercially available.

Yea, Strider told me about that. I prolly would have to go for the skin stretchers first, LoL. Pump it up, baby~! That way I would be able to get used to them as well.

As for my hair:
I hope to have the new additions for my wedding *I wanna look hot for my first time~! ^.~ * During the ceremony (held in the morning), my hair is going to be in spiral curls. During the day, I'm going to a salon, geting it cut and styled into a feathered look, then I'm going to the reception like a lil' disco queen in a gothic [censored] bridal dress, LoL.
Man.. it sucks being poor~! LoL I want to get married now, but I want new boobs before hand!

ALSO::: That's a good idea about lying to me mum about the cc's. I'm 18, but I'm still her youngest lil' baby girl. She'd kick my ass from here in Florida to Dallas, TX if she found out about a 570cc implant =X eep~!

BTW: if anyone knows how to make a substantial amount of cash in a quick amount of time without resorting to **31**, then let me in on the secret, ok? LoL

*Gasp* Do they look dorky?! How could anyone give such a derogatory name to your breath-taking ti- er, ricebags.

Also I recommend using the good ol' search function that you'll find at the top o' every forum page. You could search for things like "under the muscle" or "surgeon" or "saline" and "silicone" and of course "Melonie Charms."

While I'm sure you'll get some helpful info on this thread, the absurd magnitude of breast-implant information spread out on the forums should compel you to skim some past threads.

Good luck!

Thanks for that tip! I completely disregaurded that! LoL~

I also have questions about the silicone and saline factor:
I hear so many good things about both, and I also hear a lot of bad things.. does anyone know of a place where I can get hardcore info on implants? The pros, cons, and benefits.. oi~

Thanks bunches ^_^

Hi, and sorry that I haven't caught up with this thread sooner.  In regard to your first question about saline versus silicone, it's actually a bit premature.  Silicone implants are extremely natural, but they're only available as pre-sealed bags which have to be inserted into the breast pockets at full size.  This means, of course, that silicone implants can't be a whole lot bigger than the size of existing breast pockets (which at the moment you don't have!).  There's also an FDA problem about obtaining silicone implants for a first time BA surgery patient.  By law, silicone implants are only supposed to be available for a second surgery (ostensibly to correct rippling problems, thin breast skin problems or other conditions which caused a first set of saline implants to turn out less than great looking).  A far better approach, as Strider suggested, is to go with a set of adjustable saline implants first to achieve the size you want (or achieve the maximum amount of saline that can be fit in the bag), and then switch to silicone.

You also appear to have a bit of a conflict in regard to the size you want to achieve versus the size of your rib cage and the size of your natural breasts.  One unfortunate fact about implants is that implants with smaller cc ratings also have smaller diameters.  For a girl with a relatively large rib cage (i.e. 34"-36" bra band), in order to get implants with sufficient diameter to fill your chest and make nice cleavage it may also be necessary to get implants with a higher cc rating than required for the cup size you want.  The flip side of course is going with the smaller rating implants and getting the cup size you want, but also winding up with a 2"-3" gap between your breasts.  You can try an experiment by cutting out paper plates with 4.5", 5.25", 6" and 7" diameters and holding them in appropriate position in front of a mirror to see how different cc rated implant diameters will look on your rib cage.  You can then look at some typical implant dimensions at http://www.mentorcorp.com/breastsurgery/augmentation/cs_ba_prod_round.htm#  and see how your chosen paper circle matches up to different cc rating implant diameters.

Adjustable implants are a bit more forgiving in this aspect since you can go with a higher rated adjustable implant like 800cc to get the necessary diameter, but then simply not fill them up to max once you achieve the cup size you want.   However there really isn't much chance of this happening, because every girl that I have ever known who had room in her implants for more saline has ALWAYS filled them up!

Your fears of having limited mobility/limited ability to work out are probably unfounded.  I work out 90 minutes with absolutely no problems with my 3800cc and 18 pounds or so (combined) worth of string implants.  500cc/2lbs or 800cc/3lbs or even 1200cc/5lbs implants (every 455cc of saline solution weights one pound) are really not large enough or heavy enough to cause you any problems if you are in reasonably good physical shape (which you certainly appear to be based on your pics).  The only thing that will really be different is that implanted breasts will tend to be firmer than natural breasts, and implanted breasts won't tend to flop around wildly the way natural breasts do.  Instead, implanted breasts will tend to move en masse, so you'll need a good elastic workout top (I actually wear 2 workout tops when I'm running or doing aerobics) to keep them where they belong.

PS - if you're going to try the baggies full of rice size test, remember to put on a snug elastic workout top over the rice bags so that they will be held close to your chest the way real implants will and give you a more accurate idea of what amount of cc's = what breast size.  A very common mistake made with the rice test (or size tests which simply throw an implant into a bra cup at the plastic surgeon's office) is to allow a lot of air space which will not actually be present when the real implants are placed under your skin.  As a result lots of girls wind up dissatisfied with their breast size after surgery, which doesn't actually appear anywhere near as large as the test.  I can't really tell from your pictures whether the rice bags were compressed a bit or whether they were just "sitting there".

Melonie, thank you so much for all of that information! I really appreciate it. Everyone said you'd know the most, and they were right!

The saline adjustment plan sounds like a good one. Hopefully, my breast skin won't be too thin and nothing will go wrong with the surgery.. I saw pictures of Snoopy's, bread loafers, rippling and double bubble.. *shudders* (Did anyone here have a problem with that?? What happened?? and how was it corrected????)

I'm glad that the new boobage won't hinder me at all in keeping up with my health. Afterall, I just have to look at you, Keisha and Zasha. You guys are all testimonials to BE's and fitness

I'm going to keep doing my research until I feel more confident about actually going in for an consultation appointment. Thanks to everyone at the board, I'm gaining more courage every day to do something I've wanted for a while.

I can't thank you enough for supplying me with so much information. I guess you can understand a girl who wants bigger boobiez. LoL

All my love<<

I had a problem with Snoopy tits after my very first BA.  Cause of problem was too much natural tissue for the size of implant I chose.  Solution was new implants rated 200cc larger.

I also had a problem with rippling when I first got adjustable saline implants.  Solution was for my plastic surgeon to simply inject more saline until the ripples went away!

hmmm, isn't it interesting that many of the problems with breast implants actually stemming from the fact that they weren't big enough / weren't filled enough !

You heard it here first, folks.  The Surgeon General says: "Get bigger implants to reduce the potential for undesirable side-effects!"

hahahahahahaha~! I'm glad your breasts got better =) Nothing like a healthy set on the display case!

I did what you said about the paper plates, Mel. Great idea! Did you come up with that yourself? or did you learn that from a surgeon? perhaps a friend? (I'm so interested on how these pre-knife techiniques come about!)

Thanks bunches to all of you. You really are giving me so much knowledge for me to go through with this step.

(Now if only we can find a way to get me a great paying job to buy these things!!!)

I also learned the pie plate trick the hard way - as I said I wound up getting a second set of implants after my first set was too small for the amount of natural breast tissue I had.  When I got the second set, it tightened up the tissue but left me with a 2.5" gap between breasts.  This of course led me to pursue a third set of still larger implants to close the gap.

In regard to the cost of BA surgery and a first set of implants, there are a few possible techniques to save/recover part of this cost.  One way is to get implants which can be eventually filled to 1000cc, then enter a few amateur/wet T shirt contests, or take a barmaid/waitressing/dancing job, then write off the cost of the surgery under the Cynthia Hess (a.k.a. Chesty Love) IRS letter ruling precedent!

Whoa, badass~! **God bless Chesty Love**

Do I actually have to have my boobs filled to 1000cc or could I just stop whenever I want? Wouldn't the excess baggie be irritating on the inside? I know that the expanders are round.. and they appear soft, but still.. wouldn't the excess get annoying to the skin?
