I know there have been problems to join Penelope's site if you're located in the US. However, now I see the option to switch the language of the site to English and I did not see anything that said they don't accept memberships from abroad. So, who knows? Maybe it's now possible for people from the other side of the Atlantic to join her site?

As far as I can see, you can join her from abroad. You only have to own a credit card. Either VISA or Mastercard. Sounds fair to me since both are the worlds biggest credit card companies.

Exactly! You can use mastercard/visa etc. but when you have to select your country, no options for the USA. Someone who speaks German needs to ask her what's up?

I think I've mailed her about this a couple times and haven't heard back from her yet. I wonder if she's just busy, or if its a language barrier, or what. Plan on joining her site the second I can though.

I just got a mail from her. She says she has an option now for people from the US to join.

Instead of credit card, its draws on a US checking account.

Thanks for the info. Is it something that's "coming soon" or has it been activated? I've just been to the site and couldn't find a new link. Went through the netdebit thing too just in case and got stuck in the same place... no option for US in the country field.
