As a breast cellebrity of international fame, Jayne would sometimes travel abroad to exhibit her notables in other countries.

Jayne Mansfield’s Japanese kimono, no longer able to contain her 41 inch bosom splits at the sides. Waitresses in a Tokyo restaurant take great delight in tightening it around the blonde bombshell’s 18-inch waist. Jayne, presently with the Bob Hope Show entertaining GI’s in the far east brought service in the restaurant to a standstill Monday, when she entered in the colorful kimono, which despite its traditional straight lines could not disguise the fabulous figure.

When I was young I thought Jaynes tits were huge.   My standards sure have changed.   Now I would consider then small.  I hated those pointy bras.   Tits are round and soft not hard and pointy

I think in ten years you will elevate to yet a new standard, where you & I might then think of Himiwako as flat-chested.

Basically none of of the 1950s “sexbomb” actresses and models – known for their curvaceous figures in general and prominent breasts in particular – were very big. What I find entertaining about them, is the apparent breast centrism of the way they presented themselves – Jayne Mansfield being one of the utmost examples of this. If she posed for an image, it seems she almost always tried to make her breasts look as large and as “in your face” as possible. But indeed, she was not all that big. I remember reading, though cannot find a source right now, of an incident where Jayne was supposed to have a photo session with another actress, but left soon after arriving at the studio because the other actress had larger breasts than she did. Supposedly direct comparison to a bustier woman would have been actual kind of bad publicity for her.

Here she is preparing to flaunt her chest to US troops in Korea:

She was at Tottenham Hotspur's old stadium White Hart Lane in London in 1959. Some sources say she was the first female allowed into the directors' box. Probably entered through a door or whatever official passageway, but it looks like she may have exited over the railing. 😉
