Well this isnt really hentia...but Yaone and Lirin from Saiyuki are up there in the large breasts. Other good ones that are near the top are Mia Shinari, Nanako, (the other chick in Amazing Nurse Nanako, first appears on the second dvd) Mii, and if you would considor manga/comic then I think Annie from Lightfoot's "Pulse" Comics as well as Tifa from his "Missing Materia" series topple all others.

Now, judging by three factors: 1) How big they are, 2) how well drawn and animated they are, and 3) is there [censored] (which greatly reduces the rating), which hentai would get the highest rating?

I could vote dor Soreyuke Marine-Chan or Nami SOS! but then, I don't know all the titles out there. I know Eiken, but that's not hentai, just ecchi (if even that). Any better ones? Why on Earth haven't they made a high-budget animated series of Blue Eyes already?
