It's "standard" price for japanese DVD. If it'll be ever licensed in U.S. then you'll be able to get it for $20 on one DVD. Do not hold you breath, though: I've not seen any plans to publish it in U.S.

I've only been able to find volumes 1-4 on-line so far, untranslated of course. With American companies only translating the absolutely most popular stuff, and generally non-H (not that Eiken is full on hentai), fan translation may be the only way the American public ever gets the Eiken manga.

Finally, Zulluh:  Where did you get that JdI picture?  Is it a dojinshi cover or fan art?  I've never seen it before, and I've been a huge JdI fan at times.  I've always hoped they would make some more OAVs, but to my knowledge there hasn't been enough interest in such a thing.  So where did you find that pic?

Ok, I just watched the one from Khim's site, and it was piss funny!

First time I have seen anything like that.
The only problem I have is that it seems to dive right into a plot, without telling me any of the background. Like, what is Eiken Club? why do they have big boobs? Where can I get more
