Unfortunately, back in Traci's day, they didn't have internal bras; the unsupported weight will always stretch the skin faster.
Gravity is always working, so the more weight the stronger the force,
Good examples of this are Kayla Kleevage and Claudia Marie, so to hold the breast(-implant) in the right place it need the proper support.
Back in the day they used the placing under the muscle so the muscle give some good support, but that was limiting the size of implant and was more painful.
So for going super huge the implant has to be installed above the muscle and then need an internal bra.
For small implants I would go for an internal bra too, because of shape and the gravity force.
Also, in the case of this woman (Kayla), what seems to be going on is twofold; weight gain over time, and, the implants being left in place for too long - the skin around the torso becomes overstretched, and weight gain causes fat build-up in areas where no fat had existed before. I have one friend who has implants (they’re very small) and she’s been advised that she will eventually have to replace them, and, excess skin removed - assuming she wants to keep them in place, that is.
