I agree, Max, and that might have been exactly what the writers were trying to change with this season 2 episode, where Nina urges Maya to stand up straight with her shoulders back, then says, "Good God, Maya, can you even see the color of your shoes?" Later (in the above gif) Maya agrees to project her assets at this reluctant lucky dude. Even though LSG was no dummy and wore tops that pleased photographers at some public events, I don't think she was ever real comfortable with her mid-life elevation into a big-boob queen, which might account for her slouchy posture.

First time I saw her when she played second fiddle to Tom Selleck in "Quigley Down Under" and first thing I noticed was her pretty face but then my eyes looked down and I noticed her HUGE breasts by Hollywood standards. I immediately fell in lust for her.

The movie came out in 1990 and it was a fun little romp set in Australia where a Wyoming cowboy is hired by an Australian land baron to help eliminate bothersome, to him, Aboriginal people and Quigley strongly objects and turns against him. Laura San Giacomo's character is a woman from Texas forced by her husband to take the boat to Australia because she failed to help protect her ch1ld during an Indian raid which gets her ch1ld killed and the husband in a fit of anger, forces her out. They both meet in Australia and they turn against the land baron.

My 2-Cents on "Quigley...": IMO It's entertaining and definitely worth seeing, especially for fans of the classic western genre (although set Down Under), BUT don't watch it expecting lots of views featuring Laura's splendid twosome. They swing pretty freely in the scene with her in a peasant blouse, but it's too brief, and when it ends we see her strap on a heavy-duty black corset for her more active scenes, which significantly reduces our particular viewing pleasure for the rest of the picture. AND it should be pointed out that LSG was still a few years from MILF-hood, when her talents reached their full potential, as seen on Just Shoot Me! Having said all that, here's another enticing glimpse from "Quigley..." featuring Laura in bloom.  CLICK

I loved it when we saw LSG open her coat wide, but I also would like to have seen her try to button it up. It would have been a fun struggle to watch!

Like all of us, she's gotten older, but she is a fundamentally a beautiful woman and she remains attractive.

As I've said before, I'm pretty sure LSG's elevation to "Boob Goddess" wasn't one she expected or was ever entirely comfortable with, so I guess downsizing wasn't too tough a decision. But she left behind a lot of great pics and memories and a little frustration for never baring the full, naked truth. Yet always a beautiful woman.
