4.8.6 SteveIce earns (and is lucky to get) a 30-day temp ban for posting specific directions on how to obtain content that is expressly prohibited at the BEA/according to the terms of is user agreement. These rules exist out of necessity and every time they're ignored, liability is increased... incrementally hastening the possible/eventual demise of the site/community. Folks who can't be bothered to know/abide by the rules will be shown the door every time.

4.9.6 ghx080 is fortunate to receive ONLY a 30-day temp ban for posting prohibited content clearly forbidden by the terms of the user agreement.

4/11/6:

glitchpoopglitch banned for revealing the RL ID (name) of a model/subject, as well as for general oafishness. Privacy violations are among the most serious at the BEA and will NEVER be tolerated, even when stupidity appears to be involved.

milom gets a 30 day temp bad for replying to the above violation with confirmation of the subjects first name only. He should consider himself lucky that his ban is not permanent.

duuuuude earns a well-deserved 30 day temp ban for posting Score content (as well as breaking 1-1-1-1 and putting OTF in the GF, all in the SAME post).

pancratius gets 30 days off to consider why it's important to keep your word ...after he posted a link to Score-owned property.

User Craig Mercer (and his alias Mercerwatch) have been banned for posting instructions explaining how to get to banned content (specifically images of CPG) IN THE SAME THREAD WHERE HER IMAGES WERE ANNOUNCED TO BE OFF LIMITS.

Added by Palomine: I believe that this ban is actually 30 days duration (if I'm mistaken Chev or another mod will correct me) but Craig's recent action makes it necessary to state that any subsequent serious violation by him will be dealt with sans second chances. -Pal  

PS: 4.12.6 Original_spankster also temp banned for 30 days for soliciting **19** stuff. Those who don't read the rules (or can't be bothered to abide by them) will always get an involuntary hiatus.

For the record, in ADDITION to being a long-term ferocious pain in the ass who constantly criticizes the BEA, the rules and the mods (recently he's been on crusade insisting that our volunteering as mods here is actually illegal), StevenWebGuy's abbreviated history here includes:

10.26.05 After he was made aware that particular content was not allowed at the BEA (he was witness to it actually being removed) he went ahead and provided info on how to obtain the exact same material in a public post, along with a treatise about his opinions on how the content's copyright status or lack thereof supersedes the BEA Owner's policies. He got a 30 day temp ban for this bit of arrogant idiocy.

After returning from the temp ban, as mentioned, he's availed himself of every opportunity to raise hell about rules, mods, etc... and has been warned to cut it out at least two or three separate times. Debates over the legality of site policy is against house rules, earning him a permanent ban.

benben (cpg violation) and benthefish (request for prohibited content) have also joined the list of the banned.

hasenfeffer banned 4.19.6 for extreme rudeness towards other users, the possibly deceased, etc...

suguna temp banned for 30 days for repeated violation of 1-1-1-1 desptite numerous warnings.

parano28 banned for linking to prohited content, etc...

GhostBuster temp banned for 30 days for posting **18** link.

seaseas temp banned for 30 days for posting unmoprhed Photoclubs content AFTER having ignored warnings for 4-5 previous violations he made. Anyone who says we don't give second (and often third, etc...) chances or aren't lenient enough is simply woefully uninformed.

myg0t_pwn_j00 is banned for racial slurs, malicious scripting and general idiocy akin to that of a emotionally disturbed, under-educated 9 year old.  

Added later: I should have recognized who this user was by his infamously poor sphincter control: myg0t_pwn_j00 is of course multiple-bannee BoobRepli (who was banned again today in his guise as unch for additional attempts at hacking the BEA). For those unaware, BoobRepli holds the distinction of being the only BEA user EVER to steal UIDs and passwords from OTHER USERs for his own purposes. He's also responsible for numerous rule violations and anti-social behaviors (some of which necessitated adding MORE rules to the rule list, so if you think the rule list is too long you can thank BoobRepli for his contributions) and of course after YEARS spent criticizing the rules governing image uploads at the BEA's user gallery, BoobRepli finally set up his own UG which promptly got shut down in three whole days. To the best of my knowledge, there has never existed a more shameless, unethical and emotionally immature person in the BE/BB online community and he proves it every time he acts up with one of his tantrums. He never cares that he impacts others with his actions: I suspect some sort of neurochemical imbalance rendering his superego ineffective, but maybe it's just simple immaturity... who knows?

 three 1-1-1-1 violations, 2 prohibited content violations, two illegal solicitations, one of them for prohibited content.
Thats 7 times breaking the rules without counting the parking ticket and a busted taillight.
