While driving home from work today on a street I use all the time, I saw a woman walking in my direction on the sidewalk to my right.  By the way she was dressed I guessed she was going to the Moby Dick fast food fish place I'd just passed on the corner.  The woman was average to thin in build and was wearing a while blouse.  As I got closer I realized that her breasts were big, really big, unusually big, huge, in fact.  I wondered if other drivers noticed her.  I wondered if she got hastled a lot at work because of her boobs.  I wondered if maybe I'd come back to Moby Dick's for dinner later.  Then I said to myself, "Oh yeah, I wonder what her face looks like." As it happens she had an average face, nothing outstanding about it at all.  The funny thing is, all this happened in about five seconds, tops, from begining to end.  And, if she hadn't had the attention gathering headlights, I would not have noticed her at all.
Just thought you'd like to know.

There is deffinately something there.  There's this girl in a class I have, and she is absolutely incredible.  I never thought girls like her existed except in dreams.  Perfect butt, jutting and round.  

Her boobs are huge, I'd peg them at solid DDD's.  One closed palm could comfortably encompass just the side of one breast.

Black hair, pale skin, just how I like.  And her face is just gorgeous.  

But I don't even care about that!  It's almost like she's TOO hot.  I can't comprehend that much on the Hotty Scale.  It's off the charts.  The face just doesn't register.  There's not enough time to take it in.

But without the body, she'd just be another pretty face.

If they have large breasts, of course I notice. The first thing I really look at is the face, I guess to take in the entire thing first. I know this because my usually train of thought is, "Hey she's pretty cute ah those are nice breasts." To tell you the truth, I'm a big fan of the eyes. One of the reasons I love Ewa Sonnet so much is that besides having an amazing chest she has some of the most stunning eyes I've ever seen.

I remember one time I was at the dentist's, and the dental assistant (I think she was Eastern European) had these gorgeous black eyes. While she was cleaning my teeth I just lay there and looked into them. That was just as enjoyable as staring at breasts for the entire duration (though for different reasons, I suppose)

Kithara has asked me what it was that I noticed the very first time I saw her. The honest response is her hair. Yes, her hair.  

It may be that how a woman keeps (or does not keep) her hair may indicate a degree of personal hygiene, vanity, self-image, or the like. In Kithara's case it was because she had her copper-blond tresses up in a large French braid down to almost her waist.

So, hairdo is the first thing I notice consistently.

Same here.  Some of these hairstyles now are just messy.

Next comes the outfit she is wearing.  So far, I haven't seen too many that I like.  Most look like they are about to fall off because there is nothing to support. Some wear outfits that are two sizes to small.  I have nothing against tight outfits, but, they still need to fit decent.

I guess my favorite outfit, that is in fashion, is the loose, high-neck T-shirt with jeans that are semi-tight.

Well the tits are what gets my attention first, if I look at the rest of her and it just does not fit then I just chalk her up as another girl with nice tits.

When the rest does fit I look longer and harder. The more qualities that I notice besides the great pair the more I am drawn in. Then at some point my ability to concentrate and comprehend complex ideas becomes impaired then I am in trouble. All that can happen in minutes.

  Well, being a woman myself, I really guess I'm giving my perspective of what guys say they have noticed on me, first. First of all, I keep my butt in good shape. Round and nice. Most guys notice that first, at least that's what my boyfriend loves the most!lol. And I have a teeny waist. (Which he also loves, because he's so tall and I'm so petite)  Next, they say eyes, because I have hazel eyes that are more green than brown, so they're a little unique.

BUT, from my  observations of my guy friends and my boyfriend's friends, I would say that about 75-80% of them look at the boobs first. I always tell them, "Okay, so she has big boobs, but her face isn't really that pretty!". And their response alot of times is ususally "Who cares!". I suppose they figure that the boobs are there to just look at, but when it comes to relationships, I think men look at different things: eyes, lips, etc.

Well naturally I look at the head first because of countless hours of first person shooter games.  Gotta get that headshot in.  It's just built into my vision to get that headshot.  LOL then I look down toward the rack.  If it's big, I forget about the headshot and focus all brain power toward that spot.  But I don't just stare... I have enough experience so it doesn't even look like I'm looking at them.

You'd be surprised how far big boobs can go towards evening out the less attractive/aesthetic aspects of a woman.  Same could be said for any particular feature that one is particularly interested in, I suppose.

This week we were checking out another martial arts school.  As soon as we got to see the class in action, I immediately noticed a woman (late 30's I'm guessing) who had a pretty decent rack.  Hard to say how big she was, guessing a D/DD, maybe even E, but she was tallish too (maybe 5'10") as well.  And yet when I checked out the rest of her, her face was exceedingly plain.  Perhaps a chin and/or cheek implants, perhaps a little makeup, these could have created more appeal.  And while everyone was dressed very casually, she was wearing skorts, which just seemed weird for such a class.  Anyway, were it not for her boobs, she would have just blended in with the crowd.

Many times cherri and I might spot a woman at the mall who has a pretty face.  At first we have the sense that she's got big boobs as well, then on closer scrutiny we determine that she doesn't.

A relationship with a woman would ideally include all the perks that a guy likes in a woman, be they physical or otherwise.  As with many things in life, we will often compromise to achieve what we feel is the best for us at that moment.  But if you're just looking, first impressions will depend greatly on what features you have at the top of your wish list.  In our case, that includes big boobs, perky nips, DSL, big booty, whether she's got the slutty/party girl twinkle in her eye, and so on.

well the first thing i notice is big breast and wide hips and then  usually the face [green eyes or hazel are best]

but somtimes the hair and face if its extra Cute thats what grabs my attention but ofcourse the next step would be to cheak out the breasts .

The responses in this thread have been interesting, if a bit predictable.

Personally the first thing I look at when meeting a new person is his/her eyes.

But sometimes there are other characteristics. For example, Roberta Pedon had a distinctive feature which doesn't show up in photographs of her, but everyone I've talked to who met her when she was working has mentioned the same feature.
