Lauren Odes, a data entry professional, claims she was fired because she was too busty and dressed too provocatively for her Orthodox Jewish employers at wholesale lingerie company Native Intimates.

According to Reuters, which attended Odes' press conference on Monday, her Native Intimates managers warned Odes that her appearance was too racy, suggesting that she tape her breasts down to make them look smaller and wear a "humiliating" red bathrobe over her clothing.

But Odes contends that her clothing alone was not the issue. "When I first started working there, I asked what the dress code was, and I was just told to look around and see what everyone else was wearing," she said at the press conference. "So I did. The dress was very casual athletic wear to business attire."

But even when wearing a simple tee-shirt and jeggings, her busty shape was allegedly unacceptable to her Native Intimates supervisors, who deemed her figure "distracting." Even after Odes agreed to purchase a long sweater to cover up, management fired the 29-year-old blonde. Odes' employers reportedly told her, "You are just too hot for this office."

Now Odes, with the help of Gloria Allred, has filed a gender and religious discrimination complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in New York.

Said Allred at yesterday's press conference, "No woman should be told that her breasts are too large, her body too appealing and her appearance too attractive for the male leadership of that company,” according to the New York Post.

You may recall that Allred also represented Debrahlee Lorenzana, who claimed that a New York City branch of Citibank fired her because her figure and wardrobe were "too distracting" to her coworkers.

At this point in time, Native Intimates has made no public comment regarding Odes' claims.

I agree. The video helped me see hot sexy she is. The clothing did not flatter her body at all. So I guess wearing really sexy clothing at work and that was when she got fired. Because in the photos and video her clothing covers her up and you don't notice how busty she is at all. she should have shown what she was really wearing at work.

Has Esther even done any topless work ever in her career?  I've never seen any.

Esther Baxter did a video for Smooth magazine a few years ago.She is wearing a white mesh top where you can see parts of her areola and nipple,unless I'm seeing something else.There are also some parts where she is topless but covering her breasts.I'm sure you could get it on YouTube or the web somewhere.
That's as close as I've seen her in the nude.
I've never seen any pics of her wearing anything see-thru.She seems really careful not wearing anything where you can see her nipples.

Hi again. There are no prohibitions against posting links from Twitter or Boobmad specifically, but that doesn't automatically mean that anything and everything you might link to at those places is OK. Anything you post must be OK per ALL of the Owner's rules... i.e.: if you found a pic on Twitter it's not OK to post if it violates some OTHER rule (underag3, prohibited model, prohibited source (since so much Twitter stuff originates someplace else), etc...).

If you're not sure whether something you'd like to post is OK, you can PM a moderator with the link so they can look at it BEFORE you post it, or you can simply err on the side of caution and just not post it if you're unsure. Either option is available to you.

Hope that clarifies things... the Owner's rules are actually quite brief compared to those at some other forums believe it or not. - Pal

Another chatty moderator adds... when posting something found on another site, it's always better to just attach the photo, rather than posting a link to the page where you found it. That eliminates the possibility that other content on the page will violate our linking rules.
