While tabloid magazines are never wrong... Unless you believe in "facts" and "the truth", this story, just like all of the ones published previously... in any tabloid... ever... is false. (except the one about UFO's **67** Bigfoot, and genetically altering him so that he looks like Ricky Martin... that is true)
While I am at it, lets clear the air about some of the other seemingly believable stories found in your typical tabloid:

And most importantly... Dolly has stated, many times, that she loves having big boobs. Assuming that she did get a reduction, I sincerely doubt she would go to all the trouble of making public statements to a backwater tabloid.
