bwaaaahhh!

Either that, or they could this as an excuse to dump the retard (ie she will "voluntarily" step down), and replace her with someone less moronic.

McCain and Palin remind me of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza; a doddering, delusional former soldier and his dull-witted peasant sidekick.

Be kind of interesting to try dumping Sara when she is actually more popular with the media base than McCain is.
"Yesterday, Reince Priebus called this whole story a 'nothing burger,'" he said. "Well these emails have turned it into an all-you-can-prosecute buffet."

I believe it was Keith Olbermann who also made the same comparison (quoting George P. Will, I think).

Meanwhile, what are the odds that the McCain campaign will remain as stubborn as anything and keep Palin on the ticket regardless of the fact that she did indeed abuse her power in "Troopergate"? Well, well, Republicans engaged in abusing power. That's a novelty.

If Palin did step down, and was replaced with someone less stupid and corrupt, wouldn't the new face give McCain a boost?
I can't think of anything creative to put here, so i give up.

Ast this point, probably yes.

Nice photo, but the last letter was I in Cyrillic...Need to make it look like our H...That's the Russian N.

Of course there are other issues, but the last letter was what I think you wanted to show. But it's such a nice artistic job I'd think you'd want to get the Russian right.

No, gOOb did the right thing for comic effect, which is the whole "abuse Cyrillic letters to get away with writing English as a ch1ld might" gimmick.  That also leads to R getting spelled backwards to resemble the Russian "ya."

If you want to get technical about it, this spells "Ralii" -- and that's if you overlook the English L bearing no resemblance to its Russian equivalent.  The first letter would have to resemble the Greek letter pi -- and then your average English reader would have an extra hard time deciphering it.  It's already a bit of a stretch, since the pronunciation "Pay-lin" does not automatically suggest "Staw-lin."

So all in all I'm quite satisfied.

You replied correctly, but I, on the other hand, am not satisfied.  After all, you can see Russia from Alaskan land!

I briefly wondered that too, but I rejected that theory. If they'd wanted to switch her out, they should have done so before the sole vice-presidential debate. It would have made for a smoother transition.
