Sounds great, do you do the potatoes with cream or butter.  I started using low-fat sour cream and fresh chopped chives a few years back and it is to die for.  If you ever need another starch, go with an easy Yorkshire pudding.

400 degree oven, all ingredients must be at room temp.  Take a large glass dish (9x13) and heat in oven briefly until just a little too hot to touch bare handed.  Melt a stick of butter in it, low-fat works fine.  You should have a nice shallow pool of melted butter for the pudding to float in, add more butter if needed.
Put 7/8 cup of flour and 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt in bowl.  Make a well in the center and add 1/2 cup of milk.  Beat until fluffy and light.  Add two eggs and beat well, then 1/2 cup water and beat until very fluffy and large bubble rise to top.  Add batter to the pan, don't worry if butter splashes on top, it will settle.  Bake for 20 minutes, reduce temp to 350, and bake for another 10-15.  Serve immediately.  You can do it in the roast drippings as well while the roast rests but I like to preserve the drippings for a gravy base.

Fortunately, our kitchen gets hot while cooking so Michelle usually goes to a bra and apron up top.  She's probably a couple of cup sizes smaller than you ( ) but life is still good!    Wouldn't mind some pictures of you in the apron popping out to either side though!

PS, yeah, the nice coarse sea salt with steamed spinach or broccoli (add garlic juice and lemon juice to the steaming water to flavor the veggies) is awesome.

Just having you among us is enough to check the forum periodically throughout the day to see if you've posted a comment, message, image or reply. When you're not around, the sinking feeling is palpable - when there's something new from you, it's an uplifting feeling that makes a guy's day.

As I've said before, your honesty and effervessence is an example to others, not to mention your generosity and kind spirit.

Personally, I hope your presence here continues long into 2009 and beyond.
