The Supreme court 9-0 decision says he needs to be return and face due process if he is a member of a gang. As a US citizen he has a right to a fair trial before being found guilty. It isn't about him, it's about all of the US citizen have a right to a fair trial before being sentence for a crime.

And if the gov't has REAL proof (a Chicago Bulls cap and a bunch of unremarkable tattoos does NOT count) that he's a member of MS-13 or any other gang or terrorist organization, why won't they show it?

And if the Trump administration can deport him - or have their masked goons grab you off the street and whisk you away to prison somewhere for - as far as anyone can tell - co-authoring an editorial in your college newspaper - (link 1,link 2), what's to stop them from seizing you or I?

You will note - and SHOULD note - that the Fifth Amendment is quite clear that due process applies to PERSONS. Not just citizens, but PERSONS. No one - NO ONE - gets arrested and locked up without both a good reason and a chance to defend themselves.

Have you ever heard of the NDAA Indefinite Detention provision? Did you get up in arms about it?
A chance to defend themselves? Like a cop accused of murdering a person, but in court not being allowed to show the police handbook that he used a technique he was trained on?
Or how about the J6ers, did they honestly receive a fair trial?

And why dont you apply this same magnified examination on the 2nd Amendment? SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. Go ahead, use those words and outline them.

And if the Trump administration can deport him - or have their masked goons grab you off the street and whisk you away to prison somewhere for - as far as anyone can tell - co-authoring an editorial in your college newspaper - (link 1,link 2), what's to stop them from seizing you or I?

Why was it okay when Bill Clinton, Obama, Hillary Clinton all talked about deportations of illegal immigrants? (even though I know you wont answer)
Hillary "If they commited a crime, theyre gone, no questions asked."

Now Chuck Schumer says “The ultimate goal is to…get a path to citizenship for all 11 million or however many undocumented there are here."

I guarantee that if the illegal immigrants pledged to vote Republican, Democrats wouldnt be pushing for this kind of thing. Because you can bet your ass that thats what its all about, votes. Permanent power.
Imagine if Obama, Kamala, or Biden survived two assassination attempts and the media not publicly destroying the reputation of everyone who issued even the most mild criticism of them and then just dropping the story completely.

Yeah, I cannot either.

How did the J-sixer get a pardon if they haven't received a fair trial and found guilty?

By the way the word your looking for is "due Process" they all deserve a trial before they are judge guilty before they get deported. Just like those Jsixer got due process before they were found guilty.

How about that Biden cover up?

I really dont know how much more lies any sane Democrat/liberal can take until they themselves take accountability and admit they were wrong. They say all the time that Republicans/conservatives are all about power, party loyalty, but again, its just projection.

So Biden goes on the View and basically makes a fool out of himself, the democrats, the mainstream media, and everyone who covered up his mental decline. He is asked about it, and goes on a ramble denying it, losing his thought in the process until good old Jill Biden comes in for the save, which ironically, makes the situation worse.

We find out about his cancer, and we all know that there is no way they did not know about this years in advance. Which means that they were, including elder abuser Jill Biden, wanted to make him the 2024 Democrat nominee knowing full well about his cancer and mental dementia. All the while telling the democrat voters that he was, the "best version of Biden," "hard to keep up with!"

Democrats/liberals, you were lied to, again. You were wrong. You have zero credibility. No one takes anything you say seriously. But a major first step to reverse this is to take accountability and ADMIT YOU WERE WRONG.
Imagine if Obama, Kamala, or Biden survived two assassination attempts and the media not publicly destroying the reputation of everyone who issued even the most mild criticism of them and then just dropping the story completely.

Speaking of mental decline, the President gave the Commencement Address at West Point over the weekend.

He couldn't be bothered to take off his hat during the National Anthem (and why THAT HAT anyway?):

His speech was all over the place:

“And we are buying you new airplanes, brand-new, beautiful planes, redesigned planes, brand-new planes, totally stealth planes. I hope they’re stealth. I don’t know, that whole stealth thing, I’m sorta wondering. You mean if we shape a wing this way, they don’t see it, but the other way they see it? I’m not so sure.”

“There will be no more critical race theory or transgender for everybody forced onto our brave men and women in uniform or on anybody else for that matter in this country. And we will not have men playing in women’s sports if that’s okay.”

“I went through a very tough time with some very radicalized sick people, and I say, I was investigated more than the great late Alphonse Capone. Alphonse Capone was a monster, he was a very hardened criminal. I went through more investigations than Alphonse Capone, and now I’m talking to you as president, can you believe this?”

And to top it all off:

“…a trophy wife. it didn’t work out too well. but it doesn’t— and that doesn’t work out too well, I must tell you. a lot of trophy wives. doesn’t work out. but it made him happy for a little while, at least. but he found a new wife. he sold his little boat, he got a big yacht, one of the biggest yachts anywhere in the world. he moved for a time to Monte Carlo, but he lived a good life. and time went by and he got bored, and fifteen years later, the company that he sold to called him, and they said, ‘the housing business is not for us.’ you have to understand, when Bill Levitt was hot, when he had momentum, he’d go to the job sites every night. he’s pick up every loose nail. he’d pick up every scrap off wood. if there was a bolt or a screw laying on the ground he’d pick it up.”

Biden isn't the president anymore, you know.....

So predictable.

You Democrats really have no accountability, no shame... and as I said, no credibility.
Who exactly are you or any Democrat to question a President's mental health right now? Are you some sort of expert on spotting mental decline of a President? Do you have some sort of great track record on the calling out, worrying about, bringing attention to, the mental state of a President?

5,000 nuclear weapons? Were you in any way shape or form concerned when a senile old man who couldn't find his way off a stage, needed cue cards, and fell asleep during speeches was in control of 5,000 nuclear weapons?

And now you want to brush it all off and suggest that its all in the past so it shouldnt matter. Typical. No accountability. Let me tell you exactly why it should matter, which Im sure you know it does, you just cant admit to being wrong.

First of all, if it turns out that there was indeed an AUTOPEN used to sign executive orders and pardons, that matters. Who was really running the White House, that matters. Who really had their hand on the 5,000 nuclear weapons you claim to be worried about now, that matters. If political figures lied to their voter base about Biden's health, that matters (obviously not to you though, you seem to love being lied to). If treason was committed in any way, shape or form via this proxy President, that matters. Lying under Oath, that matters.

Second of all, holding people accountable helps to ensure that something like this never occurs again.

And let me tell you something else, no Democrat can tell me with a straight face that we should let the past be the past, because for 4 years while Biden was the resident in office, all the Democrats were doing was going after Trump for..... yup, you guessed it, things from the past.

So how about you man up already, and admit how royally lied to you were?

BTW, how about that smartass remark, "President Musk" now?
I know who my President is. Did you know who yours was?
Imagine if Obama, Kamala, or Biden survived two assassination attempts and the media not publicly destroying the reputation of everyone who issued even the most mild criticism of them and then just dropping the story completely.

Senator Alex Padilla (D-CA) was in the Federal building in Los Angeles for a scheduled briefing on the Federal response in Los Angeles. There was a delay....

"While I was waiting for the briefing, I learned that just down the hall from where I was, Secretary Noem from the Department of Homeland Security was having a press conference, Now Secretary Noem and the Department — we have been calling on and we have been sending letters to since the beginning of the year requesting more information as to what and why they are doing, with little to no response. And so I thought let me go over there, listen in on the press conference, maybe they’re sharing some important information. And while I did that, escorted over there by a National Guardsman and an FBI agent, …"
https://www.emptywheel.net/2025/06/13/three-data-points-from-the-padilla-assault

There, Sec. Noem was speaking:
"We are not going away. We are staying here to liberate this city from the socialists and the burdensome leadership that this governor and that this mayor have placed on this country, and what they have tried to insert into this city."

Senator Padilla interrupted to ask a question of Sec. Noem:

A DHS statement afterwards claimed that Sen. Padilla didn't identify himself. You can clearly hear him do so in those videos.

"Sen. Padilla chose disrespectful political theatre and interrupted a live press conference without identifying himself or having his Senate security pin on as he lunged toward Secretary Noem,” Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Mother Jones. “Mr. Padilla was told repeatedly to back away and did not comply with officers’ repeated commands. US Secret Service thought he was an attacker, and officers acted appropriately.
https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2025/06/alex-padilla-handcuff-dhs-noem-press-conference/

For the record, Senator Padilla is on the Senate Judiciary Committee, and the ranking member of the Subcommittee on Immigration, Citizenship, and Border Safety. He has EVERY RIGHT to ask questions of Noem.....and given that the subcommittee almost certainly has meetings and other contacts with her, she DAMN WELL KNEW who he was.

Republicans in Congress don't intend to do anything about it, of course.
https://bsky.app/profile/did:plc:52x7zvucxp3x7u4ohjuugvk2/post/3lrhjrepi4k2j

Other than ask that Sen. Padilla should be punished for HIS inappropriate behavior, of course.

You seem to be unable to respond to any counter arguments, anything that challenges or debunks your logic.
Whatever.

Anyway, so why didnt you post a link to a video showing the whole press conference? You literally posted 5 videos all starting with that Senator being escorted out. How are press conferences usually handled as far as the press goes? Is there decorum? Is the press usually patient and ask questions when told or queued? You know, after the person speaking is finished discussing the subject, then opens up the floor for questions. Or is the press just allowed to shout, interrupt, and march to the front and yell during the middle of it?

Just imagine that press conference where George W Bush had shoes thrown at him, then the camera starts rolling after the shoes are thrown, and they show the guy being escorted out, and dumbasses start calling it fascism.
BTW, you really went all out with all those links, copy and paste, quoting, writing, for this easily debunkable crap.

Act accordingly during a press conference and you wont be escorted out. Pretty simple.

Next hoax...

Secretary of Homeland security lied about it, and the 5 video proved it. It has nothing to do with decorum and she knew who he was because he is on that committee that she is also on. But you asserted that it was taking out of content, so prove it! Prove to me that Noem didn't lie about the situation? She asserted that he didn't identify himself, but all 5 clip showed that it was the first thing he did.

The example you use, was the guy who threw the shoe a known lawmaker of congress? or did the congressman tried to throw a an object at Noem? How was that an example? Or was this the strawman debate you were describing?

Okay the whole George W example is clearly to complicated for you, so just forget that.

Here is the full press conference. Now, you can actually watch for yourself, not just some clip that conveniently starts at a certain time, that the Senator did indeed just interrupt the press conference and just starts talking over her. He didnt identify himself until after his interrupting behavior and until after he was already in the process of being escorted out.

He was in the process of being escorted before he introduce himself?
So in other word, they knew who he was, otherwise what process did they decided to keep him out?
You don't see how wrong that is and how fascist that behavior is to selectively process someone from entering before he introduce himself. By the way all the footage show that it was the very first thing he did was introduce himself.

And again, it was a PRESS CONFERENCE.
You WILL be taking questions from the audience.
The worst thing Senator Padilla did was interrupt.
If he spoke loudly, it was certainly to make himself heard.
At no point did he present a physical threat to anyone - not even the security detail "escorting" him out of the room.
And none of that - NONE OF THAT - called for him to be wrestled to the ground and handcuffed.

I also note that you've completely bypassed Noem's statement: "We are not going away. We are staying here to liberate this city from the socialists and the burdensome leadership that this governor and that this mayor have placed on this country, and what they have tried to insert into this city."
I'd love to get your thoughts on that, because it certainly sounds fascist to me.

Oh - from the Declaration of Independence, among the many charges against George III:
"He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislature."
Did Governor Newsom or Mayor Bass ask for the National Guard or Marines to come to Los Angeles?

I have seen several reports about how much military support we have sent to our own citizen. Kind of shocking with additional military parade going on at the same time. Makes you feel like he was willing and happy to have a civil war on this issue. Not to mention the two assassination of our democratic elected lawmakers of Minnesota.

It didn't stop there, the military actually detain a man on our soil.
