I'd like to see her new boobs without any kind of retouching. She probably has those vertical scars from the reduction and her new nipples don't look too good either.

I know... why suffer even more? It's just the fact that she's trying to sell an altered image of her "new" self and I don't like it. Every single new pic I've seen looks heavily photoshopped.

Typically the surgeon will measure a standard distance from the notch where the collarbones meet (don't recall what that notch is called) to where the nipple is or should be.

Can't figure out why people are so upset, acting as though LDM has dealt them a personal slight. Her new boobs look fine to me, not giving Sabrina Sabrok any sleepless nights, but still pretty nice. Obviously everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but it's only a boob job! She hasn't been killing kittens. Least not as far as I know....
