I know that this was mistaken as surgery, what it wasn't and what I tried to describe. What she got back then was her fill-up of 2k each side from 4k to 6k.

Was the port already closed and needed to be re-open, or was the port not accessible anymore because it has moved too much? Don't know if you want to look back and recapitulate on this?

My implants aren't expanders and were not really meant to be filled multiple times.  In fact, I didn't even know that was an option for me until my doctor suggested it.  But, both times, my breasts had to be sliced into, the port located, and filled and then everything stitched back shut.  So I still had to be sedated and it was technically a surgery, but the implants were never removed.  I hope that answers your question.  Let me know.
