you need to work up some then call the manufacturer and buy from them the implants you want then find a DR willing to place them

You need find a doctor that agree make this surgery. Second step will be find a manufacturer that agree make that implant and maybe your doc can help you in this. I start trying to Polytech and this need to be saline expanders to you achieve this marvelous size! Will be hard and expensive , but if you really want it because like it to you, I think you will love when get it.

You will have to get custom implants to get to that size. 3000 cc is usually the biggest you will be able to find, past that you will have to get a manufacturer to make custom implants for you and those will get expensive.

Realize that it will take quite awhile for you to get that big. The issue is with your skin being able to stretch itself out safely each time you get larger implants.

One more thing, make sure you post pictures of your progress.

I remembered a Mythbusters episode where Adam and Jamie carried a 175 lb weight and 175 lb human-figured sim-cadaver through a series of obstacles where surprisingly they finished with the sim-cadavers in less than half it took with the standalone weight. What I'm trying to say is: a 30 lb weight isn't a 30 lb boob. Or not an accurate representation since you have take into account size, shape, weight distribution, and a few other factors to boot.
