Demora said this new phase for her will be different, so not just another round of fat-transfer like before.
While we only know one girl that could afford to bribe a company to make such huge, custom made expanders that would likely never be over-filled and made to be permanent, I have often thought that if you had natural boobs in the 5000cc range, inserting in 15k expanders filled to 5000cc would be a walk in the park, and once the incision has healed, you could likely hit 10k in a year of so. With all that fat surrounding the implant, you may have the best of both worlds, providing you have internal support to avoid sagging and the need of bra straps digging into your shoulders. Maybe you could even get the European internal bra for natural breasts, which is only a quarter of the price of pigskin. Just my usual fantasy thinking.
