I missed who the girl on the right is; familiar but don't recognize her from this picture, but obviously you know and can enlighten me.  What happened?

You should check out Brittany Elizabeth’s thread.  Both girls are her.  On the right she is at her biggest—was it 4200ccs?—when she had a problem and had to keep them at a much lesser amount for a year or so.  Recently, she went back for a fill and found the implants had flipped and were blocking the line.  With all the complications she opted to get non-expanders that are filled to 3500ccs.  And there she will stay.

That's too bad; obviously she had bigger dreams.  I had estimated she may be 5000cc, but then again, height has so much to do with appearances.  I guess I am just not understanding how expanders, or implants in general, can flip or move around.  I understand one can move out of place due to a few different circumstances, usually muscles; I still suspect that Beshine's right implant shirted 10 years ago and hence the sideboob ridge.  Foxy recently told me that her implants were always shifting, causing the fill port location to change, which seemed bizarre; I thought ports were always located away from the implant to avoid complications, but evidently not or perhaps it has more to do with what kind.  I have seen an expander with what I would estimate as a 6" line leading to a port.  Do European expanders have ports located up front?
