I do believe Foxy would love to pump her boobs up to a really huge size, but she finds herself between a rock and a hard place; not only finding implants that can permanently be that large without the risk of over-expansion, but finding a surgeon willing to take the risk, given her existing breast weight.  I think it is important to remember that though Beshine was able to pay a company to make huge custom expanders, they were placed empty and she did not get any fill for about four months.  On top of that, she was only somewhere between 3k & 4k before surgery, so she had less tissue weight to risk complications.  I would love to see Foxy get huge expanders and the internal bra she has long wanted to not only support all that weight, but to hold her breasts high on her chest, giving her the whole fake boobs look, but I think she would have to go months with empty breasts to allow for healing.
