i must be getting old. what does blown mean in this thread title?
Look at the picture of Anna, above, in this thread. That’s blown. 
Seriously, it refers to blowing something up like a balloon. So, simply put, it means she’s got a big chest. 
The use of
BLOWN in this thread title, referring to a
woman with pneumatic body parts or otherwise expansive attributes (think BBW) has a long and interesting etymological history. Also, we have the Irish and Germans to thank for it.
The earliest recognizable form of the word
blow in a similar meaning is the Old English word
blāwan which was also of an unrecognizable Germanic+Latin root stem word of
flare. Parallel to this is the German word
blähen meaning to
blow up or swell. Whereas the English term was more akin to fluid or airy expressions, the German was more tangible, think a blāwan skirt vs. a blähen muffin. The vague relation of the word blow to engorgement remained but not until the odd interaction with the unrelated but ultimately entangled Old Irish Gaelic word
smiodar.
Smiodar means
fragment or
disassociated parts, its diminutive form is smidiríní which was anglicized to smithereen(s) in the late 18th century, first appearing in print in 1829. The application of this fragmented state to things and people was concurrent and a intoxicated Irishman was said to be smashed to smithereens or so engorged on spirits that they were blown to smithereens, referring to the remnants of oneself after being overfilled and intoxicated somehow. The long phrase was shortened to
smashed or
blown while still retaining the
overfilled + intoxicated meaning, with smashed being common as it dealt more with liquids and solids and blown (retaining the more ephemeral English meaning) centered on narcotics, inhaled substances, etc.
CURIOUS SIDE NOTES:
The old seaman giggle of "Blow the man down" is a remnant of the overly inebriated or drugged sailor.
Interestingly, the concept of blowup [blow up] as a verb had been around since 1536 but as an adjective only in 1850, strange how it can take so long sometimes.This meaning persisted well into the 20th century until the World Wars and the conflicts of southeast Asia. Blown or being blown began to expand to encompass any overindulgence or excessive use. Applications of someone being blown, blown away, and even the aforementioned blown up had applications both physical and emotional as wall as the euphoria of oral sex, to name a few. It is this last application that forms the thin thread that brings the meaning full circle back to
consumption and overfilling.

"Blow ones mind", "Full blown", "Blown away", etc. all are variations of this theme.
In the Beatles song, "A day in the life" written in 1967, the line about a man "blew his mind out in a car" was referring to an actual automobile accident. John Lennon read in the Daily Mail newspaper: Guinness heir Tara Browne dying when he smashed his lotus into a parked van. Lennon stated: "I didn't copy the accident. Tara didn't blow his mind out. But it was in my mind when I was writing that verse." The fact that more drug references were placed into the song for more appeal and that he was driving a Lotus, the flower source of psychoactive alkaloids. Paul McCartney didn't realize the reference was to Tara. He thought it was about a "stoned politician."The combination of sexuality, over-abundance, and the remnant double meaning of pneumatic + solid over-filling eventually was applied to larger women with parts (portions) that were that way. Sometimes meaning the whole body and sometimes parts of the body (from the Irish inference). It has only been in recent years that the term
blown has shifted slightly more positive,
though still not a universal compliment. Blown, as slang, still predominately refers to intoxicated, euphoric, or fragmented states of body or mind.
In a way, the term is a variation on Butter Face or Saving Face, a hot woman despite her face or a woman with a fabulous face and mundane body respectively. A blown woman could be said to have parts that are amazing, overindulgent, or mind-blowing... just not a whole package.Attached image is a morph art piece based off a photo of the artist's friend at college, his commentary about the piece was to convey the difficulty of having body parts that don't work with fashion and result in not feeling totally together. Although exaggerated, she does have a normally disheveled look and never totally together which he tried to capture here. She could be said to be blown with some aspects hot and some not.
