"besides that, im currently very happy with the form and shape of my boobs. so even when it would be possible, via some miracle, i wouldn't want it."
Well, there really is no point then, as I said, it should be all about what makes you happy. That said, your doctors have misrepresented / lied to you; girls like Beshine, Lacey, and Allegra are known to have internal bras; as you yourself should know, implants are not anchored, thus sagging is inevitable over time. If they were truthful, for large implants, they should have told you it is affixed medially to the the 1st rib that is supported vertically by the sternum and laterally, it would be affixed to the anterior shoulder to avoid eventual rib warping. And braided suture line is very similar to fishing line; depending upon choice, the thicker capable of holding not 8lbs, but 500lbs; Beshine has no problem supporting her 80+lb boobs.
While it is great to have the young elasticity in your skin, the downside is that sagging becomes easier under weight (ask Keisha, Lacey Wildd or any big implant star of 20 years ago), or the skin becomes thin and ruptures (Elizabeth Starr) and as that weight becomes heavier, it increases the incisional risks; ask Foxy, she has had trouble finding a surgeon willing to insert a bra given her 10k breast weight. I always advise planning to assure happiness, which should be every girl's bottom line.
And can you somehow prove that those girls (Beshine, Lacey Wildd and Allegra Cole) have an internal bra? Or do you just say it because YOU believe it?
It is evident that you are not a surgeon nor do you have experience, you are just a simple nurse with the air of a surgeon and thinks he knows everything from working or having worked in a hospital for X years.
Jessy has explained that she spoke with her doctor and other surgeons (Not just one, several) and all of them have said the same thing about the internal bra; I think the comparison made it quite clear:
They even gave me a little thought experiment that made it more clear for me: Imagine you have a wall and wanna put i board at it. If you want to put 8kg or more on the board. a normal board with normal holes can't hold that. how should my ribcage hold that?
Are you advising her without knowing anything? Do you have more knowledge and know more than the surgeons and with more experience than you?
Hey!! I don't understand how you were a nurse, you could have been a surgeon who was an expert in HUGE implants! boy! you would be flush with money!
Please, stop giving "lectures" and sermons about things you don't know and have no experience with!
I have a better idea, you stop telling others what they can or cannot post. My intention is as stated, to encourage people to do their homework and to get second opinions before any surgery. The three you question have all self admitted that their implants are supported internally; if you bothered doing your homework, you would know this already. Apparently you believe there is another way a girl can gravity defying breasts that never sag; lets hear about it.
My experience along with my education places me miles above whatever grade school education you may or may not have. Everything I said about the internal bra, what it is made of, and how it can be supported can be gleaned from surgical sites and/or online medical sites; you would know this if you did your homework rather than just come here and ignorantly attack what I am saying.
I am well aware to major discrepancies in the skills between surgeons and for that matter, all physicians; the reality is that there are the good, the bad, and the ugly, as well as average and exceptional. The average person may be naive to the fact, and perhaps this is difficult for you to comprehend, but like any occupation, skill levels can vary from person to person. The better physicians come into my ICU and ask me what I think or if I need something, mostly out of respect, the worse ones frequently need to be guided. I have watched one surgeon turn down operating, saying that it couldn't be done, and then being mocked 30 minutes later, face to face by a surgeon I believed superior (but an ass) who had accepted the challenge. As a side note, he was successful in removing a tumor that had engulfed the patient's left femoral artery. But if you, once again, had done your homework, you would know that Allegra was turned down by one TV surgeon before getting a second opinion, or maybe even more, before having her internal bra inserted. How did you think her right breast suddenly obtained the level of her left breast? Magic? Apparently you have not been paying attention but feel the need to once again, run off at the mouth and uneducatedly attack what I am saying.
I was encouraging Jessy to keep an open mind and seek additional opinions. Obviously, what she has been told about internal bras is what you can find in online literature for the basic internal bra, not one intended to support really heavy implants. If you paid attention, you would know this; the weight cannot be supported by unsupported ribs. So, in your infinite wisdom, how do you suppose this is done? Magic? I already told you and you can also find that in online medical literature; where do you suppose I learned? And if you had payed any attention, years ago I had pointed out the evidence of Beshine's braided suture lines, that just happen to appear anchored in precisely where I have said. And if you have done any homework, you would know that Lacey has referred to hers as her guitar strings and that Beshine did a video explaining that though she has no need for external support and that none of her bras are intended for that purpose, when and why she wears bras. Why you publicly talk about things you know nothing baffles me; did you not understand the Clemens adage “It is better for a man to remain silent and appear a fool, then to open his mouth and remove all doubt?”
What Jessy chooses to do is up to her, however, I have encouraged her to plan and consider additional advice; what she has been told seems quite elementary. I have talked a lot with Foxy and she regrets not getting a internal bra earlier, as she initially intended. As previously stated, as implants get heavier, to surgically place one becomes increasingly difficult as the risks of dehiscence increases; this became a huge sticking point for Foxy, but apparently, she found a surgeon.
It is common practice and advice in the medical field to seek second opinions, especially when what you are offered is not what you wanted to hear. I imagine that, having never questioned anything you have been told in life, this sound Greek to you, but people should choose wisely when it comes to their own body.
