17C (62F) today - only Iceland is cooler.  But I'll have my shorts and t-shirt on anyway.

Right now at 4:50 AM or 0450 hours, it is 81F or 27C and the high will be 106F or 41C. Humidity is at 40% right now but today will be sunny and it is expected to decline to about 10% or less by 5:00 PM or 1700 hours. Yesterday we had rain ( Whazzat !  ) so there is still some lingering effects from that unusual event.  For the rest of the week it will be our usual sunny, dry and 110F - 115F  or 45C or so weather.

My shift starts a 6AM or 0600 hours and my commute takes me about 25 minutes to drive and another 10 minutes to walk from the employee garage to the Security office so I normally leave home at 5AM or 0500 hours to make sure I get in time. After all, some moron may decide he/she no longer likes the look of their car on the freeway and decide to violently modify it instantaneously. So I gotta take that into account and take an alternate route. But before I leave home, I have to check my emails, take a shower and get dressed to go to work so I set my alarm to 4AM or 0400 hours but my biological alarm usually wakes me up at 3AM or 0330 Hours and I have to pee. Today is my day off but my biologic alarm don't care.  By the way , it is 86F or 30C right now at about 8AM or 0800 hours and rising quickly. Humidity is 35% and declining.

Yeah same here - I have to pee about the same time as you too.

You are wise to get up early for work - I hate being rushed in the morning.  I'd always allow extra time to get in to work.

At the moment; even with the blinds down the sun wakes me at 0430.

Today will be the fourth day in a row it's gonna hit 36 here.   
Thankfully, it's supposed to cool off tomorrow, some, with some possible thunderstorms as well.   

I also have a 6 am shift start for work, so I get up a little before 4:30 am too.

0810 - 11C outside - 19.5C inside.  Looks like 17 to 20C for the next few days.

It is 86F or 30C at 3:05 AM or 0305 hours at 10% humidity. The high is supposed to be 108F or 42C. We shall see.

We had 27C with 50% humidity for most of the day, but the last couple of hours have been torrential thunderstorms, with bouts of pea to golf ball size hail.  Just steady rain now, with rumbles of thunder.  At least it cooled things off, we dropped down to 16C.

By the way, you remember Lytton, B.C., that had two days of setting the all time highest temps in Canada?
It burnt to the ground yesterday.

At 8:15 PM or 2015 hours, it's 104F or 40C with 7% humidity. We are supposed to be over 110F for the 4th of July.

0842 - 14C 94% humidity.

I'd quite fancy 40C for a couple of days.
