About three weeks ago, I sent an email to the BEA Webmaster Mariano Pulgar about the forum first and then the site being FUBAR ( Fucked Up Beyond All Reason/Repair ) and this morning he finally sent a reply and he stated in his email that the site had been hacked but it was normal (define normal ) as of now. He then stated that the site will be transferred to a new server. I immediately thought about how in the last 20 years I have either been lurking and/or participating  in this forum, things go wrong for a while and the updates/fixes become cluster fucks. I still have a bad taste about the December 2015 update that was so frustrating that a bunch of members never returned like Palomine or Pedonbio which I miss.  So, you have been warned.

We lose so much functionality with every Fastapazool. Last time attachment sizes were truncated to barely over 2 MB. Now the Bookmarks link has disappeared.

This is fire brigade approach to the Forum's maintenance has to end.

Other sites, of course. I like to go to Strategypage.com, which is a military history, present day trends of weapons systems, military humor and other related events or Instapundit.com, which is a Libertarian site discussing politics, economics, humor and such. Affect 3D for more porn and that is just a small amount. There is a lot more than just the BEA, you know.

I agree, something is going wrong, actually has been going wrong, but whoever manages the site never seems to be paying attention.  Today, I notice that our profile pics are no longer displayed.  People have complained about the bookmarks being gone, the size limits of attachments being limited far below the stated limits, and one of my pet peeves, the absurdity of the banned words; you can cuss all you want but not utter innocuous inoffensive words that are almost necessary to accurately describe what you are trying to say, f0rcing you to intentionally misspell them.  One might expect such shortcomings from a new site while the bugs are worked out, but the BEA ran well 20+ years ago and only through neglect have the problems today propagated to the point of failures that often never get fixed.  As Solvegas pointed out, not only are there other sites, but those sites don't seem to be plagued by perpetual problems; they get fixed before they result in catastrophe.

It is true that there are other sites. But there's no other site that has this one's longevity, history, and great content.

I sometimes feel like our complaints over the regular fastapazools and other site issues seem to go into a void. It is very sad and a huge shame.

I don't want this site to disappear. I want it to be maintained, and I want our site issues to be attended to in a timely manner. Is that too much to ask?

I am sad.

The BEA was the first real site just dedicated to huge boobs that people could participate in and it has been my go to since conception, before there was even a pay aspect.  Still is; more boob educated and informed people than anywhere else.  Just sad that issues are ignored rather than addressed.  The forum is always the main part effected and it is the only part that I am really interested.  While other media platforms can suffer problems, they are quickly remedied, but there are remaining issues here that are not getting attention, eventually leading to a crash and something else permanently lost.

I am beginning to be surprised the forum still exists at all.  It doesn't earn the site any money, which I believe is the main reason it's been let go so much.  I will not be shocked if the BEA owner decides to just pull the plug and put the money needed to run the server and such to other pursuits.

My avatar is still working, knock on wood, but for how long, who knows. As I pointed out when I started this thread, they are going to put the stuff in new servers so who knows if they are close to finishing.

The saying usually goes "if ain't broke, don't fix it" but many times over the past few years here it's become "if it ain't broke, let's see if we can break it -- oops, we did...and we can't fix it"

Hoping that the move to the new server doesn't result in still more data loss and/or loss of functionality...
