So, I've lost 40 lbs this past year or so ... YAH ....

anyway, it hasn't really sunk in until today ... ran out of jeans ... all dirty ... cause I skipped my normal laundry day ... sigh ...

So I go rooting through my old clothes that don't fit ... grabbed a pair of jeans three sizes smaller than I'm used to wearing ... and ... hey, these fit nice ...

mmmmmmmm

Fabric web belts are nice.  You don't have to cut notches in them as you drop weight.

Speaking of, you didn't express-mail five pounds to me, did you?  Because I didn't need them.

changing my diet was the big part ... started that about a year ago ... and now within the past few months I've been adding in more exercise
