Chat room rudeness, where people behave in ways that you KNOW they NEVER would in real life.

When someone pops in, doesn't reply to greetings and leaves, presumably because they're not interested in chatting with who's in the room.
When someone leaves without saying goodbye. Can't blame all of those instances on getting bumped from Chat.
When someone just lurks and lurks and lurks for hours, never entering the conversation or participating in any meaningful way, let alone contribute to the conversation. If anything, that sort of thing just sucks the energy from the room. No one wants to communicate while being surveilled by someone sitting in the corner.
...these unpleasant (to me) behaviors are fairly common from some long-time forumites.

That A/S/L nonsense (usually just get that from newbies).
Overly-aggressive 'are you a chick?' stuff, etc... as if any potentially-female chatter is there to get hit on (also more of a newbie thing).

I am ALSO annoyed by the melodramatic narration that renders SO MANY shows on Discovery, NatGeo, History channel, etc... basically unwatchable. Whatever is happening is happening... let me just watch it without also being subjected to hyperbolic, cheesy movie-trailer voiceovers too, ok?

When people post 'official' trailers of movies on YouTube etc, which are anything but. Some are actually quite good, but usually they were made in someones back yard with a camcorder.
