Can you actually do a tremendous service here and enquire with your colleagues as to which ones might be willing to do the string procedure again?  (Bearing Keisha in mind)

And secondly, can you identify the "good" ones south of the border as well?

I am sure that would be a tremendous service to Keisha and others!

Well, I'm just a novice here compared to the lovely Melonie Charm, I do cardiovascular implants so this is a bit outside my field.  Ms Charm knows these suckers inside and outside.

That said, I don't know any US surgeon in my admittedly small aquaintance base of cosmetic/plastic surgeons who'd risk their license for it, unfortunately.  

As for South of the border, it's tough to go wrong with the major hospitals in Mexico and Argentina (heard good things about the Rio ones as well).  The larger the city, the better.  You'll also find that the private hospitals (i.e., Hospital Espanol in Mexico city) are better than the truly public ones.  However, most of the better cosmetic surgeons down south have their own private clinics.  Than you look around.  The better ones will be part of either the  Associacion Mexicana de Cirugia Plastica or the Sociedad Argentina de Cirugia Plastica Estetica y Reparadora. These are the analogs to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.  However, this again is no guarantee.  You need to do your homework.  Ask to talk to several former patients who had similar procedures done, the more the better.  Check with the local Med boards for filed complaints.  Inspect the facilities.  They should be clean, well cared for.  Associate personel should also have the highest certifications possible.  The more qualified the support (ha! they're more important than the surgeon!) are the better an indicator of quality it is.  Do they have seperate prep and recovery areas?  How prepared are they for complications?  Etc, etc.  Basically, buyer beware.

For a novel technique like Keisha's, I'd want a surgeon with a real range of experience, the more types of procedures the better.  He/she will have to think on the fly and you don't want a brick-layer, you want an artist.  

BTW, don't assume that the more expensive the better.  Cheap surgeon will give cheap results.  However, once you get to a reasonable level of cost, many average surgeons are as good as many above average (cost) surgeons.  That said, the truly excellent WILL charge accordingly.

Hello everybody,

Thank you guys for checking into all the possibilities and probabilities for expansion.  I definitely agree with the artist comment.  You need someone who will see the overall picture and not just a pair of tits.  Luckily the doc I have now and will be using for the overfill in 2 weeks is just that, an artist.  I'm very excited about the future.  Maybe if enough people dig into this we'll find the right place.   10,000ccs would be so sweet!
