Size is important but not at the cost of not being able to have fun with them at all.. Right now it literally feels as tho I have two rocks on my chest.. horrible.. I don't see the point in going large if I can't get any pleasure out of them and they're basically just to look at..

Is there any way of going down the saline route without them feeling rock hard? I was told by another doctor in the US that it might be possible but he wouldn't say which implants or expanders he uses.. I'm a natural A-cup btw and am currently a US size 2 (UK 6-8), but I've had implants since the age of 18 so my skin has been able to stretch over time..

^Thanks for the pm  :-*

Does anyone know what implant/expander this is?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsbXg1gqPPw

I'm trying to book my next surgery now and I've been asked what I want to use.. I think it will have to be saline as silicone is just so hard to get hold of over 2000cc but I'm scared they will be too firm..

The implant in that clip looks fine in terms of squeeziness  ;D I love Lacy Wildd's look as well.. Does anyone know what implants she has?

That's the ones I have!  Allergan CUI 2000cc.  MIne are overfilled to right about the size of the one in the video.

Here's standing up.

Not a morph, Poli. Well, it's a real life morphosis with lots of saline.  But, feel free to run your microscope over my pics.  Much better when it's real, huh?  ;)

Here's how you fill the remote ports.

Ample Ann they look amazing!!

How do they feel? Are they squeezable?

My expanders seem to have a much thicker shell and can't be squeezed like the implant in that video.. My fill port is under my areola so they're different in that way as well..

Also bit of strange question but do you have any problems when you fly?

My expanders can sometimes set off the metal detectors at the airport if they're set to sensitive.. and in body scanners they obviously show up so I have to explain what they are  :-[

I've only had them a few months, so they are still a bit firm until they drop and fluff.  I do weekly fills to try and ward off capsular contracture, so that will keep them a bit firm because it's like getting a new boob job every weekend, so my breast pockets have stayed pretty tight and haven't had a chance to really loosen up.  You don't want them too soft because at this size they wont hold their shape and will just look like big saggers, tho some guys like that look.     I didn't have a problem with metal detectors on the flight back from Florida after my surgery, I think because the remote ports have only a little round piece of metal in the bottom of them, that's to keep the butterfly needle from poking thru.  I'm afraid to fly now, because I'm sure the idiot TSA folks are going to think I have a gallon of liquid explosive in each tit.  :P    I know when I consulted with Dr. Domanskis, he was going to give me the expanders like yours that have the port built in(PMTs I believe), and I asked him, then, if those would be okay at the airport, and he said he changed his mind and we would go with the remote port type.  I'm really glad I had the foresight to think of that.  I really liked Dr. D, but I ended up going with a different doctor, because his assistant wasn't able to find me the size expanders I needed at that time.  Tho, I think he did eventually find some really good stuff, so I'm going to re-contact him, cause he's awesome!   Oh, just remember, expanders are not meant to be permanent, so just tuff it out till you reach the size you like and then switch to silicones or permanent salines.  That's what I'm doing.

I LOL because the way you put it is so funny even though your observation on TSA is spot on. But believe me, you are causing a lot of guys to explode in this forum right now.  ;) ;D

Been a while since I've checked this section of the forum (the "new thread" notification seems to be hit and miss (and mostly miss at that)). This thread is chock full of awesome goodness.

@DM1234, this may not help, but you could try massaging your implants to help soften things up. I'm unfamiliar with the PMT expanders, but on the off chance that the firmness has anything whatsoever to do with capsular contracture, massaging might help soften things up.

You could use the standard/surgeon-recommended approach (make a 'V' with your thumb/fingers and squeeze from the bottom upwards) or another alternative, while less graceful, makes use of gravity (and is a similar approach I use when doing mobility work on the front shoulder capsule with a lacrosse ball), which is to lay down on the floor, focus the weight on your breasts (effectively sandwiching them between your ribcage and the floor) and gently move your body from side to side, forward /backward (along the axis of your spine), and gentle clockwise/anticlockwise undulations.

@Ample Ann, congrats and top marks for your recent upgrade! I have a question for you; I'll send you a PM in kind.

Loved the info relating to the saline. I'm a bit surprised that it requires a prescription to obtain, especially considering that no script is required for the likes of Zyrtec (although it used to be required).

Otherwise, I don't think I can really add anything of value here.

MasterDragonfly, really nice to see you back! I need your help!  ;D

I don't think I have capsular contracture.. they were pretty firm right from the start.. I don't have any pain or real discomfort either.. Although I had 1000cc silicones before that my starting point was only a 32A on a US size 2/UK 6 so my skin was tight..

My PMTs seem to have a thicker and less elastic shell that Ample Ann's as well.. I have one spare here.. will take a pic so you see what I mean..

Does anyone know if it's possible to overfill double-lumens? Maybe those would feel better but Ample Ann's expanders are also looking like a better option..
