Beyond that, with a reduction and /or lift, there are horizontal and a lateral scaring after removing all the excess skin.  For a girl with large breasts, a modest bikini would likely cover the scars, but for Chelsea, she would need a regular swimsuit. 
While I understand that her breasts created a huge burden, even more so given her stature, I can't help but think she did like having big fake boobs, just not huge.  It's not just the weight, but past a certain point, their size starts to interfere with natural movements, which is really amplified if the implants rise to armpit level or slightly higher, then everything that involves the arms changes.  While Chelsea did not experience that as much as others, I have no doubt that resting lower on the ribs is certainly not as comfortable.  Just wondering if she has ever shared a post-surgical, new normal life Chelsea that might show that she did indeed embrace large implants.

Beshine cited a few girls that inspired her to get large implants to start, with a 3-4k goal, however, I think that either seeing morphs of herself and how huge Chelsea became inspired her to want enormous boobs herself; you just don't go through the effort and expense of having 20k shells made without the intention of filling them.  And with claims floating around about Chelsea's volume, being taller, you can understand why Beshine chose such a high volume.  I doubt she cared one iota about a claim as to who is the biggest, but she just wanted to have enormous boobs, like Chelsea.  They inspired and continue to inspire; you can live with enormous boobs if you appreciate all the ways they make your life different, finding difficulties as somewhat exciting to experience with the constant "my boobies are so huge that" attitude.

I would think it not easy to end up on a big boob topless model's "shit list" without stepping over a line of respect.  A simple bad word or complaint about something?  One would normally assume that judgement would consider the vast array of previous behavior, but with some girls, they ignore everything but a single offensive gesture.  Very emotionally driven behavior rather than logical responses.

Maybe, but she would have never allowed her breasts to get so huge since she drained them in a regular schedule.

One reason for her retirement beside the health issues might be the fact that these string implants kept growing in her case and she won't drive regularly a huge distance to have them drained.
So if I remember correctly not every doc would be able to do this draining.

There are indeed many issues, however, if I understand it correctly, the implants themselves didn't expand, the fluid surround them just increased, causing breast expansion.  As far as the draining goes, it is really quite simplistic; a 20g needle, IV tubing with a valve, and a vacuum bottle.  From thoracentesis to paracentesis, I have assisted physicians with this dozens of times.

But as I see it, the problems may included the way the weight may have been compromising the underboob tissues because there was no support built in, the way her breasts may have rested uncomfortably against her lower ribcage and diaphragm, and the increasing need for and resulting should pain from garments trying to lift and support all the weight.  I saw no simple solutions and Foxy has come to that realization in wanting to incorporate lift and support when getting bigger expanders.

The bottom line is although Chelsea achieved some degree of fame and fortune having such huge breasts, I think she was conflicted and found huge breasts annoying to live with 24/7.  She never did develop a love for actually having huge breasts nor embrace the way they influenced her private life.  I'm sure she enjoyed the opportunities to showing off, but those moments are a really small part of any month.  Perhaps, had she known her breasts would get so huge, she may have welcomed a internal bra for support, though I don't think they were approved at that time.  But perhaps, had she known that her breasts would get so huge, she may not have gone with string implants.

I'm sure she could write a book on these speculations and her life with huge boobs.  One thing for sure, she showed other girls that they too could live with enormous boobs; it is just a matter of finding that manufacturer and good planning that has held a number of girls from surpassing Chelsea's size.
