What's scary is all the fraud and wasted tax dollars. And what's even scarier is people actually defending it.

I know, right? To think that a college-aged kid who uses the screen name "Big Balls" has access to everyone's Social Security and income tax information....

Meanwhile......

When an Inspector General (whose JOB it is to find and cut waste and fraud, by the way) at USAID (one of our best and most effective foreign aid / diplomacy programs, because as everyone knows, one dollar spent on these sorts of diplomatic outreach programs saves ten dollars on military defense) found that because of all the funding shenanigans that DOGE was doing with that agency, nearly $500 MILLION in food was going to waste (either stuck in warehouses with no plans / money to ship it anywhere, our outright spoiling), the DOGE team leapt into action - and fired the Inspector General.
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/usaid-inspector-fired-trump-freeze-b2696917.html
No word on what happened with all the food.

Also:

"The Trump administration has begun firing several hundred Federal Aviation Administration employees, upending staff on a busy air travel weekend and just weeks after a January fatal mid-air collision at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport . . . The impacted workers include personnel hired for FAA radar, landing and navigational aid maintenance, one air traffic controller told the Associated Press. The air traffic controller was not authorized to talk to the media and spoke on condition of anonymity . . . The employees were fired “without cause nor based on performance or conduct,” Spero said, and the emails were “from an ‘exec order’ Microsoft email address” — not a government email address."
https://apnews.com/article/doge-faa-air-traffic-firings-safety-67981aec33b6ee72cbad8dcee31f3437

(I leave it as an exercise to the reader to determine if USAID's investigation of their contract with Musk's Starlink company (USAID had provided Ukraine with Starlink terminals at the start of the war) (reference) and the fact that Musk needs to work with the FAA every time he launches one of his rockets (and there's even more paperwork when one of his rockets undergoes a "rapid unscheduled disassembly") are at least in part responsible for his targeting of those agencies.)

You know, I can't help but wonder how much DOGE is costing the American taxpayer. Not just the dollar costs, what with all the cleaning up that will have to be done, and responding to all the lawsuits over wrongful termination (and I've read that President Musk is making $8 MILLION a day in his position), but all the intangible costs: the loss of expertise that comes from kicking talented upper-level management to the curb without notice, the loss of knowledge from killing research programs in the middle of the studies, the loss of trust in the federal government as something that keeps its word and lives up to its obligations both here and abroad.....

Tell me it's not a cult.

Lawmakers in West Virginia introduced a resolution that would recognize the tallest point in the Mountain State as “Trump Mountain.”

The current tallest place in West Virginia is Spruce Knob, located in Pendleton County, West Virginia with an elevation of 4,863 feet.

The resolution says “Spruce Knob, symbolizes strength, endurance, and resilience, qualities that epitomize the leadership and perseverance demonstrated by President Donald J. Trump during his time in office.”

New bill would make President Trump's birthday a federal holiday

Rep. Claudia Tenney of New York introduced a bill that would make Trump’s birthday a federal holiday to recognize him as 'the founder of America's Golden Age'

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., has introduced a bill proposing to carve President Donald Trump into Mount Rushmore.

The South Dakota national memorial shows the faces of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. Luna's announcement of the bill, which does not include any details on the timing or funding of the project, includes a rendering of Trump's figure in stone next to Lincoln's.

“President Trump’s bold leadership and steadfast dedication to America’s greatness have cemented his place in history," Luna said in a press release. "Mount Rushmore, a timeless symbol of our nation’s freedom and strength, deserves to reflect his towering legacy—a legacy further solidified by the powerful start to his second term.”

Heres Nancy Pelosi suggesting Biden be added to Mount Rushmore. This is of course before everyone on the left simultaneously dropped Biden and realized and/or admitted he had dementia after denying it for four years. You know, collectively.

Heres a group of leftists saying some sort of pledge. Kinda odd.

Anyone remember the Covid zealots that proved themselves to be that no matter what?
Imagine if Obama, Kamala, or Biden survived two assassination attempts and the media not publicly destroying the reputation of everyone who issued even the most mild criticism of them and then just dropping the story completely.

Yeah, I cannot either.

Dr1nking the kool-aid was a phrase for a right wing religious nut job that killed all of his cult group of rev Jim Jones. You need to do better using these phrases properly. At least get to know what the phrases means.
"Yesterday, Reince Priebus called this whole story a 'nothing burger,'" he said. "Well these emails have turned it into an all-you-can-prosecute buffet."

The phrase "**94** the Kool-Aid" originated from the 1978 Jonestown massacre in Guyana. During this tragedy, over 900 members of the Peoples Temple movement died after consuming a cyanide-laced drink.
I don't think it's something to be use to insult people, particularly when a far right religious nutjob murder so many people, it's a tragic event. When you use this phrase is someone dying in believing a false narrative?
There are too many terms being thrown around that are being hijack and changed into a degenerative terms to suit your need. I have to question why would anyone take a phrase to mock all the cult followers for believing a right wing leader to their death? Do better, know your words!

Can you give us a brief history on "Hitler" and the term "nazi"?
Would you follow that up with lamenting how people throw those terms/names around so loosely and how you also feel they need to be better with their words?

How about that cult like behavior by the Democrats at the Congress address from Trump?

Any discussion of those terms are forbidden and will result in termination. Haven't you notice that this channel have become a preach to the choir only channel? I may not be able to have any rebuttal, but at least I can talk about proper history of where the words came from and their original intent.

When conservatives took issue with what Bud Light was doing, they simply stopped buying their beer. When liberals take issue with what Elon Musk is doing, they turn into ISIS.

They are literally calling for the death of Elon. They are making threats against his life and they are dog whistling anyone to carry out that threat. Its disgusting.

And the fact that they are now destroying their own Tesla, just goes to show you that it wasnt ever about climate change. These people are insane and they hate America.

I'd say it's more anger, frustration, and fear.

The president really doesn't have any coherent policies - other than kick out anyone that he doesn't like, and arrest and detain people for no valid reason:

https://www.10news.com/news/local-news/never-seen-anything-so-inhumane-canadian-woman-put-in-chains-detained-by-ice-after-entering-san-diego-border
https://www.reuters.com/world/french-scientist-denied-entry-into-us-french-government-says-2025-03-20/
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/mar/21/uk-subs-band-detained-deported

The machinery of the government is being hacked to pieces by someone with no clue as to what he's doing - even trying to shut down agencies that AREN'T part of the government:

https://www.wonkette.com/p/gentlemen-you-cant-do-an-armed-invasion

Our former allies are issuing travel warnings to people seeking to travel here:

https://www.usatoday.com/story/travel/news/2025/03/21/uk-germany-advisory-us/82590093007/

When Republicans (the party that controls both houses of Congress, mind you) bother to have "town halls", they get a very large earful from their constituents:

https://www.wonkette.com/p/gop-legislators-keep-winning-hearts
https://xcancel.com/iastartingline/status/1903107013929849013?s=61&t=d57_wdu2mp3jUpQgi28A5Q

.....but can't be bothered to listen.

If the "Party of Trump" continues to give Dear Leader and President Musk free rein, one shouldn't be surprised to see more incidents of people lashing out like this.

No one can condone the violence.....but when Congress won't do anything, and El Presidente ignores the courts.....
