That is cool enough that I looked it up.  I was happy to find out that after having some dreary days, it's been restored to better than new condition.

From 1957 until 1967, this Monsanto House of the future in Tomorrow land at Disneyland was an exhibit. First time I went to Disneyland in 1966, I was ten years old, and my father dragged the family inside since he was curious about it and my mom was happy to see some of the appliances which we didn't have in our house. It was designed by MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). I still have strong memories of that visit to Disneyland. At that time, my mother's sister and her family, lived in Burbank and not only did we go to Disneyland, but also Universal Studios Tour, in which those days they didn't have all the rides they have now, to Marineland, which no longer exists, and later on we drove to San Diego to visit the best Zoo in the world at the time, The San Diego Zoo in Balboa park.

23 miles north of New York City, in the town of Sleepy Hollow, is the 40 room Mansion built by John D. Rockerfeller in 1913. it is now mostly a museum. It is called Kykuit.

Opened on March 2, 1999, the property right next to the one I worked which is the Luxor, The Mandalay Bay was built in the first property I used to work at, The Hacienda, which was imploded on New Years Day 1997, and during its construction I got a lot of overtime work as Security which allowed ne to eventually buy a property. It was the tallest for a few years and it was the southernmost property on Las Vegas Boulard, aka The Strip, for several years.

Back in 1967, my father took our family from Mexico City to visit Expo 67 back in August of 1967 and one of the few surviving structures left in the site is the United States pavilion which is now the Biosphere Museum. The geodesic structure was designed by Buckminster Fuller and at the time it was golden outside but back on May 20, 1976, there was a fire caused by a welder which destroyed most of the original structure and it was rebuilt later on, and it became transparent.

That's awesome!  I just hope they're built to the standard of the buildings they're built to resemble, which last for hundreds of years.

Opened in 1961 and closed in 2004, La Concha was one of the smallest Strip hotels in Las Vegas but the architect was Paul Williams, who also designed the LAX terminal in LA and he was the first prominent black American architect of the time. The lobby has been preserved and it now part of the Neon Museum in downtown Las Vegas.
