When was that last one done, Demora? It looks awesome.Last one was done in november (I think) we only did 1k per side because we weren't sure how big a change that would have. It does dissipate over time, last time it was pretty much completely gone in 24 hours. This time we're doing 2k per side (which is still bringing me under twice my normal size, we estimated my normal breast volume to be ~2400 CC's; though that's before the recent unexplained growth I had)
Now, are you talking about saline pumped directly into the breast tissue, which disapates over time?

I apologize I haven’t checked in for a while 😓. After the last surgery socials basically blew up and some days I can barely keep up with those 😂. I’ll try to get around and post some more, as Salem said they reached out and I certainly done care if some of the ones from other places make their way here 😊. I saw a few asking if I was going to do another saline infusion, I will be I December most likely. I wanted to make sure I’m fully healed from the surgery. That’s also probably going to be the deciding factor on whether I do another or not as well.

Both are already very well endowed, however, they dream of having enormous breasts, so large that even compromising their ambulation to a degree is the point both seek. We find this thinking here at the BEA because people with such thought seek to rationalize their desires, however, I have to imagine that we are only aware of a tiny percentage of the girls wishing they had such enormous boobs; most well aware that the bigger and heavier the boobs become, the more reliant they themselves become on someone helping them, yet the prospect excites them.

Still not approved in the country that restricts breast implant sizes for the public good, in Europe, they have a pretty inexpensive internal bra for large natural breasts that offers the same support as a regular bra, but uses ribs for support, allowing the girls to go braless with their breasts always held up. Natural breasts supported as if they were implants. As I understand it, pretty popular.

Another before&after from Demora’s IG. This time, the pic on the left is before her first fat transfer surgery. The other pic is recent.A no longer active BEA princess and I used to message frequently. She has rather enormous natural boobs, being in the P+ cup area, a result of virginal macromastia, but she wished she could be very much larger, so she posed the question, if she got expanders in her already full boobs, what would the result be? Certainly all that existing tissue would retain some of its softness and jiggle, but the firmer underlying support would just increase her projection as well as push her boobs higher was my thought. She wasn't talking anything custom made, but in the 2k to 3k range to supplement what we guessed as her already in excess of 4K natural boobs. Of course, her desire to make her boobs enormous wouldn't end with just filling her expanders to the designed size, but stretching them sell beyond that, making her boobs increasingly firmer in my opinion, yet retaining a soft touch quality, perhaps the best of both worlds.

I think a lot of people cannot see past a visual judgement, let alone accept that different individual desires are plausible. Can a girl be happy if her breasts create a burden? If she loves having big and heavy breasts, she is apt to view it as a blessing, not a burden. It is quite apparent in discussions where they keep insisting that a girl's only reason for making her breasts really big is money that we have these myopic people here. Actually, the far transfer is not difficult, but somewhat traumatic to the skin; unlike robotic surgery, lots of bruising. As I understand it, the problem is with vascularization will quickly become sufficient sustain the transferred fat cells; without nourishment, they will die, leaving a lumpy or even disproportionate look. And as with every surgery, there is always the chance of infection. IMHO, it cannot replicate expanders for ease and simplicity, but if you want a full and rather natural look, aside from triggering lactating gigantomastia, I guess this is the way to go.Seems like the perfect solution for girls wanting to lose weight. Sorry, Solvegas, looks like Demora is suffering from kidney stones and won’t be going to AVN this year. At one point she fell and cut her eyelid. Poor thing. I don’t understand why they sent her home, doesn’t she need to get those suckers broken up?First line is tons of fluids and hope they pass. Second line is US. Last line is surgery, but that seldom happens. Kidney stones would never get you into my ICU, but I had ER experience, so ran into this a number of times. Still, I don't think I ever had a female with stones. Like they say, it feels like passing a sand spur. Her urologist will make the call if it doesn't pass after a short period of time.

I’m really curious about it, too. One would think that far cells, like most cells in the body, require a blood supply for food and oxygen. Once the fat is transfered isn’t it cut off from that supply? What keeps it from dying and going rancid?
I would think it would put implants out of business. So much more natural looking. Plus it's not putting a foreign substance in your body. Another plus is taking fat away from a part of the body where you don't want it.

It typically only puts the cup size up one cup size at a time, and it is quite pricey. It would take longer and much more money to go from a B cup to a HH cup.

While we only know one girl that could afford to bribe a company to make such huge, custom made expanders that would likely never be over-filled and made to be permanent, I have often thought that if you had natural boobs in the 5000cc range, inserting in 15k expanders filled to 5000cc would be a walk in the park, and once the incision has healed, you could likely hit 10k in a year of so. With all that fat surrounding the implant, you may have the best of both worlds, providing you have internal support to avoid sagging and the need of bra straps digging into your shoulders. Maybe you could even get the European internal bra for natural breasts, which is only a quarter of the price of pigskin. Well, you know how it goes; once you start down the boobie greed path, more is never enough. I imagine that she likes what she sees and feels; her boobs projecting more while their width now inhibits natural arm movement, and while her boobs already blossomed full very high for not having implants, her wanting to not only keep them from future sagging, but even boost the mass higher sends a signal that she is looking to create a more fake boob appearance. Huge round orbs that are a little soft to the touch? A change, rather than feeling them hanging and swaying with movement, is she looking to feel her breasts pressing against her chest and wobbling with movement? I met her back in the 2023 AVN and I asked her how big she would like to be and she turned to me and she said while laughing, "so big I won't reach my nipples", and then she said, "just kidding but I still hope I can get bigger" and I took photos with her. Since she likes the very full look, I wonder if she has contemplated or is even aware of that much less expensive European internal bra, specifically for natural breasts. They have only been around for a decade, however, I have read that this has allowed women in their 70s to go around braless, their boobs perkier than when they were 20. The European synthetic version meant for natural, not implants, is reported to be very cheap compare to the cost of Strattice. In any case, she can choose the degree of support from what I had read regarding it. I would think that she would choose not to make it look like she was wearing an invisible bra, however, if she was trying to achieve a more fake look, or a compromise, like a Chelsea look, she may want to pull them up a bit higher. Any way she chooses, in the long run, it will be a smart decision IMHO.

She put one on a scale back in 2021 (not the best accuracy but) and she figured they weight somewhere between 6-8lbs each back then so who knows what she added to them with the fat transfers she did. When she did the last saline infusion she did 2 liters per side so she added 4.4lbs per breast on the temporary basis.

I think that the reason we see nipples migrating to the sides is the placement of the implant in relation to the nipple and subsequent enlargement past the designed intention. Foxy has it too; correctly positioned for 2k implants, the more she expanded, the more they drifted to the sides, the expansion remaining centered on initial placement. Remember post current expanders surgery, how far apart Beshine's boobs were and how they fell towards her sides? They weren't like that at 3k. Chelsea had that polypropylene, aka "Silly String", implant which expanded on its own, but it didn't do it in a good manner which is why her nipples were not straight but off to the side. Part of the reason she had to drain her breasts every so often was due to irregular growth and shape. Chelsea first got that "Silly String" in 1999 or 25 years ago. Demora has better shaped breasts due to advances in breasts implants such as expander implants which are more easily controlled. :)

I saw this photo at Heidi Lange's thread and I thought it would be a good addition to this thread. :)This photo is also another good example of how height can effect appearance related to breast size. Demora has huge breasts for her height, but it isn't until we see her standing next to a substantially taller girl that perspective is gained. Of course, we could look at it from another, perhaps more entertaining perspective, imaging the taller girl with boobs that make her look the size of Demora.

Whether it was Luna videos or Allegra videos, whenever you get a couple girls with expander implants together, the conversation always involves their size and they seem to inspire each other to go bigger. I remember an Allegra video where she had a half dozen girls and herself sitting around talking about how they felt about their implants and if they were happy with their size. By the end of the video, a couple in the 2k range said that after sitting around with Allegra, they now wanted boobs closer to her size, a couple more said they would like to be a bit bigger, and a couple were satisfied with their like 800 to 1k size. It is a bit expensive, but it would eliminate a lot of potential problems.

Hate to break it to you- but this is not accurate. What she said was she was looking at explanting and getting a fat transfer and lift at that same time. Meaning she’d get smaller without the implants but the lift would raise them up.

I agree with both of you, bigger is better, but safely and with a real desire to have huge boobs.
